I have a few questions before purchasing the Kindie App and Kindie Web.
1. Pickup Function – Parent Side Is it possible to integrate a “Pick up child” or “Who is picking up the child” button in the parent application, so that parents can notify the teacher when they are coming to pick up their child? Ideally, the teacher should receive a push notification alert with information about who is picking up the child.
2. Monthly Development Reports Is there an option (or API support) to generate monthly reports for each child, summarizing their emotional, behavioral, and educational development? If this is not included by default, can it be integrated or customized?
I would appreciate your clarification on whether these features are already supported or can be implemented.

As this is a critical function directly related to child safety and security, it requires careful planning and thorough consideration, including verification workflows, access control, and notification mechanisms. Our goal is to ensure that once released, this feature meets high safety standards and works reliably for schools.
Monthly Development Reports Monthly child development reports can be customized and further developed based on your specific requirements when you purchase and use our application. We are also able to integrate additional features or extend the system through custom development or API integration, allowing the platform to better fit your operational and reporting needs.

Regarding full management: That is correct. The Kindie Mobile App (Parent/Teacher App) is the front-end for users and relies entirely on the data managed through the Kindie Kindergarten Management Software (Web/Admin Panel) you linked. To run a complete system where Admins/Teachers input details (like class data, student info, attendance, reports) and Parents view them on their mobile app, you MUST purchase both items: the Mobile App (for end-users) and the Web/Admin Panel (for management and data entry).
I’ve tried everything and I haven’t been able to make it work, neither on iOS nor Android. NPM installed, pods installed, build.gradle correct, and nothing works.

We absolutely confirm that the Kindie App is still actively supported and maintained. We spent a lot of time developing V5.0 with big changes (New UI based on Expo 53 and React Native 0.79 New feature: Top Events, Courses,...). It does not work for me. Checked it on different browsers and devices. Even the iOS app does not work -> server error.
