The error affecting live streaming on WoWonder, where the stream wouldn’t load after it ended and there was trouble connecting to it, has been fixed.
I paid for installation support, and because of that error, they couldn’t install it. They told me to wait for an update. I want to know if it will install now or what.

This is not an error, the recording feature in this version is beta.
I had to remove it from my page because I couldn’t even stream with it. Could you tell me what is currently working and what isn’t? I’m hoping to be able to install it again soon.

Its a full native live broadcast for website, if u need for apps you have already the backend you must only to create same frontend for ios and android.

But this item is a Live streaming for sngine website, it will not appear in sngine ios or android messenger.
My requests for the Big Update:
1. Allow for Amazon AWS S3 bucket storage (very important for viewing post once no longer live)
2. Users (on my Sngine site) can Tip video authors during live stream using their wallet balance and others can see that they’ve received a tip in the chat.
3. Show a running total amount of tips for that particular livestream.
4. Show synchronized chat texts in saved (no longer live)...ie. The beginning of the video there might not be any chat texts but as the video progresses, the chat texts will appear in the order they were received during the livestream. This would be similar to watching a livestream on YouTube that is no longer live (was live previously but later would be played from storage (ftp, AWS, etc.))
5. Tips can be added even after the livestream has ended (in other words tips can be added when a user is viewing a previously recorded livestream)

It seems you are runing sngine on a shared hosting, but unfortunately, shared hosting dose not supports the plugins, you must upgrade from shared – to – vps or dedicated.

they tell me this: Even if you upgrade to our vps managed plan you cannot install this, as this requires custom setup and installation, which needs root access.
You will need to migrate your current website to umanaged server and configure everything yourself.
We will provide NO help, NO support, NO backups on unmanaged server + you will need to buy cPanel license.

They mean: even if you upgrade to VPS they will not help you to install, you must install by yourself. So if you upgrade to VPS the plugins are compatible and can be installed on your server, but now with shared hosting we can not proceed because we need root access.
You can use free aapanel instead of cPanel. See aapanel https://www.aapanel.com/ is very easy and user-friendly to use, i strongly recommend it instead of cPanel.

2) It is 2026. Any update on when livestream will actually be able to save livestreams, AND use external storage like Amazon s3? These are ESSENTIAL.
