hi please i have a question can i lauch the app with one feature only and the others be disabled only and maybe accept whitelist inscription in other features but still operate on one feature in the start
feature like parcel delivery only
and taxis and other categories can still signup to the whitelist for when the model/feature be enabled when we have enough users for it ?

Our main expectation is as follows:
Once a user books a taxi, our backend office team should be able to allocate the driver and vehicle details manually, after which the passenger should receive a notification via push notification or SMS containing the assigned driver and taxi information.
In addition, we would like to know if the system also supports telephone-based bookings, where the same notification process (SMS or push notification) can be triggered to the passenger after manual assignment.
Please let us know if these features are available on your platform and share your availability for a demo session.

there is no manually if go to driver app if you need such manually you need to do some modifications

-Why aren’t the cars showing up on the user map when I request a ride? And why does it say ‘no drivers available in the area’ even though there are drivers in the same area? drivers request is perfectly working might be pickup more then 5 km far then we do not send that can be changed from admin panel
at present we have restricted frontend with admin panel redirect but can be customize and remove restriction of you want

- please fix the firebase integration and RTL (we found a way to force english local and and the user select the language (at app launch user selects the lang)

How long will it take until we have a video tutorial or or a more advanced tutorial on how to set up the apps for Android and iOS? A more detailed documentation would be very helpful, as the current one is a bit too simple when it comes to app setup.

Thank yo for your quick support, Direction Services enabled, and one step i have moved now. But still my application is not woking. I m still facing this exception (written above in red letters) in both browser ( for desktop app) and mobile app at the time of Ride booking service.
Screen shots attached for the error. The same exception i reported in this ticket as well but got no reply for that exception.

Hello is it possible to modify/add documents request to be a driver? As you may know the documentation to be approved as driver depends on each country. And is necessary to have option to set up according to every country/location. Can you please confirm is available this feature? I reviewed demo and couldn’t find were to set up.

while i was testing the app user driver is online but not getting any popup nearby rides can you check,

In my previous comment i reffered to the isssue of the user app and driver app, there is a lot issues with the driver app and user app, the admin panel and landing page was easy to deploy for the technicians but complains about the driver app and user app, what would be your advice as we have had numerous meeting with support about the same, looking forward to your advice and guidance. user app and driver app are build in react native so need basic knowdlege to setup config and enviorment our team will help in that we are also working on video tutorials for the same
Additional question , if we already have the template ourchased 3 months ago, and we ask your team to setup , what would be your cost to set it up for us if we already have the template and secondly, how long will it take to set it up
