I already purchased Martfury. It works fine with the Botble e-commerce platform. However, I encounter some problems:

1. After the customer pays via bank transfer, they are unable to select a file for payment proof, as clicking the button does not yield any response.

2. I add some external links to the page (such as other payment gateway webpages) because I need customers to provide some information and get back to using the mobile app again. However, after I click the button, I receive the message “External Link Detected.”

Can you fix this error by opening the default browser on mobile with the external link?

Hi again! I previously mentioned the issue about the app UI being based only on the MartFury theme, even when it’s used with other themes like Nest. Since many of us choose a theme specifically for its unique UI/UX, the mobile app loses the UI identity and uniqueness of the Nest theme when it displays the MartFury design.

Because of this, we’re actually delaying publishing our app — we don’t want to launch it with a UI that doesn’t match the Nest theme we purchased and use on our website.

To solve this, it would really help if the app project included separate UI files (or scripts) for other themes, not just MartFury. For example, if you could provide an additional UI file for the Nest theme, users could simply replace the default MartFury UI before compiling the app. This would let us keep the correct look and feel without needing full custom development.

Also, just to clarify another point: we don’t need admin dashboard features in the app or the ability to manage the website from it. All we need is the option for the admin to log in using the admin account and receive push notifications when a new order is placed. Real-time order alerts are a basic need for many store owners.

Please let me know if you can consider these improvements. They would make the app much more practical and appealing for those of us using themes like Nest.

Issues for far (minor ones ofc):

1. Language translations are not being fetch through API and do not work in the app properly. 2. Customer-side links and login page redirect to the wrong template and show your credentials. 3. Address adding/selecting is buggy in the app, unlike the web version. 4. Face/Fingerprint login is broken and needs fixing. Gives API error. 5. “Martfury” branding remains. 6. ‘free shipping’ banner remains in cart page.

Most importantly, 7. unlike the website home page, there are NO products displayed within the categories in home page of the app.
