The integrating it (Ai Agent) with the AI Chat Pro plugin would make sense – so it can process the user query first and plan+ do all that’s needed (including using all the tools/plugins accessible to it) by itself.

Does it include facebook(meta) commerce api?, there are a lot of seller’s spread across meta platforms (facebook, instagram and whatsapp) it will be nice to give them a solution that helps them integrate products in DM’s (facebook messenger, instagram DM and whatsapp dm) via chatbot.

With the regular licensed version, you’ll have access to all features except the Finance, Marketplace, and Themes pages. For full access, including the ability to create subscription plans and token packs on the Finance page, you can upgrade to the extended license.

The extended license also unlocks the Marketplace, where you can purchase extensions and themes to enhance your experience.

Hi there, I’m planning to purchase the Content Manager Add-on, but I’d like to confirm one important detail first.

If I upload a document (for example, a PDF or Word file) to the Content Manager, and then the user adds that file’s link inside an AI Writer variable (used in add new templates- Custom templates ), will AI Writer actually be able to access and read the contents of that file through the link?

From my understanding, unless there’s a built-in mechanism to fetch and parse the document text, AI Writer may only treat that link as a normal string — meaning the file isn’t actually readable by the model.

Could you please confirm whether:

AI Writer can directly access and process files uploaded to the Content Manager when the link is provided in a variable, or

The link is only shared across MagicAI apps for asset reuse (not for content reading).

Once I have clarity on this point, I’ll proceed with purchasing the add-on right away.

They not answer all questions…. only asking cpanel details…. and then confusing settings and ui …. not separate admin panel and user panel in admin side…. this is so difficult and then human agents are not realtime …. every time , i reload browser and messenger integration is bad ….not working for me…. your tickets center is wasting 6 months times of product. really bad
