Hello, I’ve encountered several issues while configuring this application. One of them is that whenever I change the frontend settings—for example, when I change the company name—it always reverts back to the previous company name after saving it. The same issue occurs with the email settings. The email configuration is correct because I’ve tested it using Gmass and it works without any problem. However, in the dashboard, I always get a message saying “something went wrong.” every time I try to perform a “test email”
At first, when i logged in as an admin (not a super admin), I didn’t encounter any issues. However, after I added a member, I got an error page like the ‘ErrorException Attempt to read ‘id’ on null’. Even after that, I can no longer access the admin page and it always shows same error page.
I have also sent this to your email along with some screenshot since Microsoft Teams doesn’t work for me. Looking forward to your response. Thank you

Hi, i have successfully setup the saas app, but the only thing that does not work is the estimates function. Hello, I have a question about your software. I can see how it has developed since I purchased it.
Have you considered adding metrics to determine whether a project is profitable and in what amounts? At least: ROI/payback
I miss the option to enter real costs and revenues into the project. Recurring payments. Having access to reports: for the project and also for the company as a whole (1-n projects under the company).
We have long-term projects, and it would be useful to know when their return on investment ends or when they become unprofitable. (We don’t have to keep track of how much real time they take up for our programmers and others) and therefore what costs are associated with them.
Otherwise, your software is great.

Thank you, I just want to follow up on what I meant: the option to add financial and profit metrics at the Administrator level, because I would like to know how profitable my other projects are. Currently, I manage tasks and projects in Taskifi, but I have to calculate profitability in Excel, which is quite tedious as I have to constantly retype all the data for each project and each company, instead of having a simple overview, especially when everything is already available in Taskifi.

Hi team I’m facing many issue in that system under admin account.
Issues 1. Dashboard > project-statistics, Task-statistics showing error page on click statistics. 2. Task > In the task list view no projects are showing untill I use filters. 3. Task > Draggable view showing error title null. 4. Dashboard > Total Tasks > I have a project and in this 5 task if deleted that project the the assigned task is also deleted or not. Because its showing in total task but not in the task list. 5. Finance > Invoice getting an unknown error on creating new invoice.

i faced several issue while trying to use this theme, after some struggles i managed to setup the super admin (contain mostly flaws like: even if an optional feature i dont wan to use also needs to have details for turn that off like payment gateways and almost every form)
i tried to add a admin panel with and activated the basic subscription then i tried to upgrade the plan for that admin panel but i dont had a option on super admin side and also on client side we dont have option to cancel the existing subscription and when we try to add another subscription it says subscription is already active after that we have to make another admin panel for activating another subscription (and there is complete list of multiple errors on panel)
but my main concern when i try to add a member in my admin panel (not super admin) it shows some error and after that whole admin panel crashes and shows like: Attempt to read property “id” on null
now its happening after third time because i have reinstalled the theme every time any major error occurs but now i’m sick of doing these things
kindly provide me a solution

Yes, we have the custom domain feature in our pipeline. However, at the moment, we are focusing on UI enhancements and plugin development. Once we reach that stage, we will definitely work on the custom domain feature.
Currently, plugins cannot be installed in Taskify SaaS—they are available only for the standard Taskify version. We are actively working on this, and plugin support for Taskify SaaS will be released soon.

1. Plans per team member – Yes, you can configure plans on a per–team member basis. This way, charges are calculated according to the number of members in a workspace.
2. Storage limit – As of now there is no storage limit in the plans, Can you please tell us which kind of the storage limits you are referring like Media Uploads or something related to it ?
3. Order without login – Currently, users need to register before making a purchase. However, we understand your request and will explore adding an option where accounts can be auto–created after order confirmation in future updates.
4. Order bump in order form – At present, this feature is not available out–of–the–box, but we are open to customization if you need it implemented in your system.
5. 3rd party payment platforms – Yes, our system supports four payment gateways: PhonePe, PayPal, Stripe, and Paystack, along with an additional offline bank transfer method.
Regarding the UI, we acknowledge your feedback. We are already working on improving the dashboard experience and making it cleaner and more customizable in upcoming updates.We really appreciate your suggestions as they help us improve the product. HI, I am not able to find the option to make plan per team member basis.
For example, I have created plan A that has $7 Pricing per user per month.
Now there is no option for buyer to select the number of users in checkout. So that if they pick 2 members cost changes in checkout to $14 and so on.
As you said this is available, please share loom.
2. Storage limit I meant, while people are working on the task they upload the files in task and during chat. that storage limit.
With the plan customization I am not able to find this option so that I can make plans accordingly for example in $7 per month plan it’s 50GB for $15 per month it’s 250GB like that.
3. From 3rd part payment system I meant, I will create funnels like in ClickFunnels where it has order forms that I can use to collect payments. is that possible via webhook to transfer the data to Taskify and it automatically create and assign the plan to the buyer.
So we are not depend on the taskify website, 7 steps before people may become able to place order. (This will loose our sales)
With the system that I want it will be 2 steps only check pricing place order get order confirmation email + account access via email

Pricing per member – This means that each plan can have a maximum number of members, for example, some plans may allow up to 10, 20, etc., depending on the plan’s features and pricing.
For 3rd-party funnels (like ClickFunnels), we can integrate webhooks/APIs so that after payment, Taskify automatically creates the account and assigns the plan — enabling a smooth 2-step order flow.
This all can be implemented via customization.
