Where do I go when I want to send the global colors for the user frontend and footer, because I can’t find it in the admin dashboard, plus the customization settings in the admin do not even change any color or background color on the frontend
Currently, the admin panel does not include options to change the footer colors or global frontend background colors. At this time, our product only supports the default theme along with Dark Mode.
If you would like custom colors or full theme control, this will require manual customization in the frontend code.

Push Notifications: Currently, push notifications are implemented only for the mobile apps. They are not yet available on the web version, but they are already in our roadmap and will be added in a future update.
Slider / Channel Banner Images: At the moment, the slider does not support adding banner images for live channels but this feature will be availlable into the next update.

Utter nonsense to be still dealing with image breaks stemming from permission resets. Multiple Plesk VPS servers running a variety of apps and this is the only one where images break due to unwarranted permission changes. I can’t be the only one with a Plesk VPS server experiencing this issue. Gonna do another fresh install of the latest version to see if this re-occurs. It’s this sole reason I’ve yet to move forward with purchasing the Flutter app add-on. If I’m able to get this issue resolved can someone let me know which of the two OTT Flutter app add-ons do I need with this specific script? I’m seeing two options. Any responses appreciated.

If you’ve tried running migrations, there are chances that permissions may get overridden during that process, especially depending on how your Plesk environment is configured.
Regarding the Flutter app add-ons: For Streamit Laravel, you only need the Streamit OTT Streaming Flutter TV App Add-on if you specifically want TV apps (Android TV, Fire TV, Samsung TV).
If you need mobile apps (Android/iOS), then you should choose the Streamit Flutter Mobile App Add-on.

All I’ve done is installed the script and a few days later the permissions are over written and the images appear broken on the site. No other areas of your script are impacted besides this one surrounding images. Again, I have multiple domains and scripts running on this VPS server making it hard to accept this being a Plesk issue.
I hadn’t paid any attention to the add-ons but am now interested in knowing more about the one for TV apps. Respectfully, I don’t know what this means or how it enhances your script. Are the Android, Fire, & Samsung TV features integrated into the script and then accessible in the flutter app? Any responses appreciated.

I purchased a WordPress version in August and just bought this version again. When will the SEO URL optimization and JavaScript ad addition features I suggested be updated? Please update more frequently, as you know short dramas and animated series are very popular globally right now, and this is a great opportunity.
Our platform already includes SEO-optimized URLs, and we support both VAST ads and custom ads. These capabilities are available in the current version.
Regarding short-drama and animated-series specific features, they are not part of the current build but they are on our roadmap. We will evaluate them for inclusion in upcoming updates.
What I mean is, does it support custom URLs, including allowing categories and published content to have their URLs changed, just like WordPress’s user-friendly permalinks can be customized?
We do support custom SEO-friendly URLs. For every Movie, TV Show, Season, Episode, and Video, you can set its own SEO options, including the URL slug. We also provide a global SEO configuration under the Settings > SEO tab in the admin panel.
If you log in to the demo admin, you will be able to see all these SEO fields and URL customization options directly.
On the demo site, I only saw the Global Canonical URL; it doesn’t seem to have a custom URL.
Another issue is the playback address in the Video Info for each video. I think it would be worth considering adding multiple playback addresses, because I’ve seen many websites have multiple playback addresses for the same video.
The other video system I’m currently using allows me to add multiple playback addresses to each video as a playback group, which is very convenient. You can set one Global Canonical URL for the entire platform, and in addition, you can define a Custom Canonical URL for each content item such as movies, TV shows, episodes, and videos. This can be configured directly from the create or edit page of each content.
For playback, the system also supports multiple quality sources for a single content item. Whether it is a movie, episode, or standalone video, you can add multiple playback URLs with different qualities (for example: 1080p, 720p, 480p,). This ensures better streaming performance and flexibility.

1. Authentication System & API Security
Streamit uses Laravel Sanctum for API authentication and endpoint protection. Sanctum provides a secure, token-based system that ensures only authenticated requests can access protected resources.
2. Demo Password/Email Changing Concern
In the public demo, we intentionally provide direct login credentials (email & password) so any user can test the admin panel. Because the demo is openly accessible, any user can go into the profile/settings and change the email or password, which is why this sometimes happens.
In a real production deployment, this issue does not occur because: You set your own admin email/password after installation. These credentials are not publicly shared, so no one can access your admin panel except you. This is not a security vulnerability—it’s simply because demo login details are made public for testing.
3. Deployment Security Recommendations
For production, Streamit supports HTTPS, and we strongly recommend enabling SSL on your server when you deploy. This ensures secure communication between the client and server.
4. Logging & Monitoring : We currently do not have built-in logging or monitoring features included in Streamit.

1) Laravel Version Update
I’ve noticed signs that Streamit Laravel may be based on an older Laravel version (possibly 8 or 9). Is there a plan to update the codebase to Laravel 12 or the latest stable version soon? Using an up-to-date framework is important for security, support, and modern package compatibility.
2) Ad Network Support
Is there any roadmap for adding support for Google AdSense or AdMob? Built-in ad management would be extremely helpful for monetization.
3) Customizable Slugs
Currently, it seems that slugs for movies, shows, categories, etc. are not customizable. Will you add support for editing or fully customizing these slugs?
4) Video Player Limitations
The existing video player feels quite basic. Are there plans to integrate more advanced players such as Plyr, Video.js, or similar?
5) Video SEO
I didn’t find support for video schema markup or video sitemaps. Will these be added? They’re important for indexing and SEO of video content.

This will allow me to justify revenue sharing with the TV distributor. Revenue sharing with fixed subscription: If a user watches both TV channels and a movie (or series), how does your platform handle revenue sharing in this case, given that the user has paid a single fixed subscription?

Currently, our system provides watch count tracking for content such as movies, episodes, and videos. Each time a user clicks the “Watch Now” button for specific content, it is counted as one view. This allows to monitor user engagement and performance metrics for your on-demand library.
You can also control content access by setting each movie or video as free or paid, and the platform fully supports subscription-based plans, which can be configured based on your business model.
Regarding Live TV, the platform does not yet include individual channel watch tracking. However, this feature is on our roadmap for future updates.

Yes, it’s absolutely possible to configure that setup. You can create two separate subscription plans — one for VOD content (Movies, Series, Documentaries) and another for TV Channels.
When you add any VOD item (like a movie, episode, or video), set the Access Type to Paid and assign it to the VOD Plan. Similarly, when creating or adding TV channels, set their Access Type to Paid and assign them to the Live TV Plan.
This way, customers can choose which plan they want to subscribe to — either VOD access or TV Channel access, depending on their preference.
You can also use our demo to test and explore this configuration yourself.
To be clear, and to make sure we understand each other correctly: For example, if I have 100 television channels and I set a monthly subscription price of $5, how would it work in your system? If a customer wants to watch only 2 channels, does he have to pay $5 × 2? If he wants 3 channels, does he have to pay $5 × 3? Or does he simply pay $5 once and get access to all 100 channels? Could you please clarify how your system handles this type of pricing model?
In our system, the subscription works on a one-time monthly payment basis.
So, if a user subscribes to the Live TV plan for $5, they will get access to all TV channels that are marked as “paid” and linked to that plan — not $5 per channel. It’s a single payment that grants access to all included channels for the duration of the plan (for example, one month).
It’s not a per-channel or pay-per-item model — the user pays once for the plan and can enjoy all the content covered under that subscription.

Currently, our platform supports only a single currency at a time. However, multi-currency support is already on our roadmap and will be available in a future update. For now, you can select and configure one preferred currency from the admin panel under Settings → Currency Settings.
