Hello, I purchased your script but I can’t install it; I get a blank page. My VPS meets all the requirements, I’ve already spoken with the technical team and they confirmed that everything is active. I would like to know why I can’t install your script.
I tried installing a regular hosting plan and a VPS on two different servers, and I encountered the same problem with both: the installation page doesn’t appear, and we only get a blank page.
If anyone encounters a blank page when trying to install, the solution is to edit the .htaccess file to do this: <IfModule mod_rewrite.c>

Thanks for your solutions shared, but this is like a bypass, but we mention clearly to address index in public directory then no need this bypass and work everything smoothly,, just put domain root to public directory

HI. I tried to upload a cover image larger than 2MB on demo, and it’s giving me an error saying it can’t be larger than 2MB. Didn’t you fix this in the last update? Because if it’s not fixed, it’ll be difficult for me since I want to use animated GIFs for the covers, and the quality is terrible below 2MB.

My question concerns the SaaS system, which is sorely lacking for many people.
What improvements could be made?
When creating a post, we could add multiple social networks at the same time for those who want to post the same thing on all platforms. For example, if I choose “Feed,” only social networks with this option can be selected; the same for Reels, and the same for other social networks. This modification would save a lot of time.
Another option would be to add Telegram for group/channel posting. I believe the integration wouldn’t be too difficult.
Otherwise, if the script works well and without errors, I congratulate you, I loved it and I’m going to buy it.

The 2MB upload limit can be increased directly from the General Settings, so no update is required for this.
The SaaS version will be released as a separate new item in the future.
Multi-platform posting is already available in the current system.
Telegram integration is not planned right now, but we may add it later based on customer demand.

on installation page, it goes will database configuration page, after i enter the database details it shows “Database connection established successfully.” when i click on Test Database Connection. but when i click on configure database it doesnt do anything on first click and on second click it gives “419 | Page Expired” error. what to do?
For the 419 issue, the page is clicked before it is fully loaded so the csrf token is not being generated, so if you hard reload the page it will work for the next step, please follow the fully loaded page before clicking the button, sometimes this happens during slow connections.

For those who had installation issues, They fix Server Config & Domain Setup correctly and then installation done. You can create a support ticket and inform the support team.
but you are supposed to tell what needs to be done in order to fix the issue, how would i know what others did to fix server config

its giving me “Invalid Software License. Your software license could not be verified. This application requires a valid license to operate.” error,
when i contacted your support on ticket they said “when license is invalid then support discontinue show”, but app should still operate with license key i have.
you clearly have bug in code and now when i add purchase code and envato username its is giving me routenotfoundexception in code

i had demanded refund, dont need refund now, but patch it in future updates so others dont face same issue
Our team activly working with all the social media and as you know in social media app need verified where development mode app can publish but we now test with verfied account… so that why get verification takes sometimes

The blank screen issue occurs because your domain is indexed to the project’s root directory. It should instead point to the /path/to/yourproject/public directory.
