I want to ask more, I see that the Changelog in this update version has nothing new for the user and provider application, but in the update file there is an update file! so do I need to change it?

Hi, I am not giving any stars to this script yet. I am trying to create services and there was 2 bugs, you fixed one i updated the table and now it shows another column missing as well. How come your database is not updated and the script keep failing on basic functionality? Is this the tested version? I am hoping to have everything ready but its been 10days and i am still on step 1 to enter the basic data. The zones dont work based on the country, the services data addition failed so far. Every software has bugs but i hope you guys fix it soon or if there is any latest script i have to download let me know.
there is no such issue in zone if you have issue you can create ticket with video so our team can guide you
The guy didnt even both to add a single zone, not he add any serivce to test, he simply sent me a column to add altering the table, this is another issue , please take a look at the current script you roll out, i checked the database myself and i dont see any such column name, so i need to know is this the latest script as this is what i downloaded – I created the ticket with them hope to hear back from them soon – SQLSTATE[42S22]: Column not found: 1054 Unknown column ‘destination_location’ ... Please let me know if there is any documentation for zones. What are zones for? I tried creating zone for entire India, but it keeps failing. Can we create zones like India, US, Europe etc or does zones has to be specific to each state in every country? It didn’t let me create country zone, i tried state zone and it worked. If someone has to launch the site both in US and India, how the zones can be set up or do we have to buy this app twice? I am resident of US and also in India trying to push this app in both the places, please help me understand else i don’t have any problem buying the second app from you as well. This question is really important so please do answer

I just opened a ticket in your support area with title Service Error, I just hope to get the reply from you guys soon. Also please help me understand for every ticket created, why you guys want us to add the purchased code always? Why you cant add a simple field in your profile section about the purchase code or integrate it with the code canyon? Dont you find it little weird that people are going to raise tickets always and no one have the purchase code handy, why not just add all the keys in the profile section so that you know there are genuine buyers?

For people who will buy your script in the future, use this tofix this issue, get places API, Geo Location API, Javascript Map API enabled in cloud services and this will fix the problem. This guy would have replied with this answer but they just want you to fix the issues yourself and engage in their slow answer response section

I am having hard time understanding this script. The most basic is auto locating the location and it keeps failing. They should include in documents what is needed to set up the auto location on the main page. Can you guys provide a full documentation? How much you guys charge to make the entire site functional? Its been 2 weeks almost i bought it and get so many set up issues. I tried to create service and it also gives database issues. Since you guys are slow in support, i will be engaged here to fix the bugs going forward. 1st bug – I added places API, Javascript maps API as well, on the main page it fails to detect the location and says gelocation failed, what is the fix for this? what other APi is needed? Second bug – Created the category, provide, when creating a service it dont save the record and give database table error, whats the fix for this?

Thank you very much to the fixit team for their enthusiastic support in fixing the error issues! To make this application work, I personally think it is necessary to edit a lot when downloading on the code…so every time there is a new update version from fixit, you only update the entire source (for both new and updated) like that, it is very difficult for those who have bought you and are deploying before! I hope the team considers that when there is a new version, create a version for new users and for updaters (for editing which files for updating)

you can set intial package at zero and then other for charges with more services

I noticed that Content Management section only work for apps. How about you make it work for both apps and the website? When you update those pages such as terms, privacy, same thing appear from the apps and website and then the ability to add new footer page like we do on the app. Like all sync together rather than updating app and web individually.
as when you add a page, it will would be better to ask if is for user or provider as it does when you add a page to the app. example. If you add a page via Content Management, it should ask you to choose if is for User app, Provider app, Website or All. Now it ask if is for user or provider. I think that would be better and simplify things rather than running to appearance.
And also we ask an Face authentication upon registration. It can use AI to match the provider with their ID documents as part of security and safety.

There is an issue with the Arabic and English content. When I update any data in the admin panel here: https://laravel.pixelstrap.net/fixit/backend/home-page?locale=ar , the changes also appear here: https://laravel.pixelstrap.net/fixit/backend/home-page?locale=en .
If you fix the Arabic issues, make sure Arabic is supported in all forms where we enter data, and remove the validation that prevents the admin and provider from seeing the front end, the theme will be perfect.

When the admin or provider logs into the dashboard, they can’t access the front end. This is a big issue because they should be able to view the front end. I would like to know what the problem is and why it was done this way.

in documentation its given how to update , we understand your concern for update but due to multiple technologies laravel and flutter it becomes hard to provide edited files as that might affect users existing changes as well so its recommend to make your git repo and compare changes as documentation
