I have a question: If I add a category and then a service, but that service is only available on certain days and for specific staff members, I can’t find where to configure this in the system. Is this feature not available, or am I missing something?
For example, a client should only be able to book a service with a particular staff member on Friday or Saturday nights from 7pm to 9pm. How can I set this up?
You can set category wise service by Staff/Employee =>Staff Manage. Here has holiday, service time/day etc.
Thank you, but that’s not quite what I’m looking for. I have a staff member who offers various services, but one specific service (event management) is available on Friday and Saturday evenings from 7pm to 9pm. She also works during the week at different times. If I change her schedule to fit the evening shifts, it would conflict with all her other service times. I just want the schedule adjusted for this particular service only.
So in other words, particular days only for a particular service. Perhaps it could be a new feature where you can select the specific day(s) for that service only.
I understand your concern, but unfortunately, this feature is not available at the moment.
It’s ok I’ve added it to the system. Found another issue. If you add a submenu it doesn’t show in the footer! Also the link in the main menu (to the submenu ) must be linked. This is not advised as it could be clicked by mistake. Those with submenus should not be clickable.
With that in mind I have to manually add the extra links to the footer.
Even your demo has this issue.

Not sure if it’s me, but when testing a payment using PayPal, and I decide to cancel the PayPal payment while on the PayPal screen. The link then jumps to:
/paypal/payment/cancel?token=(numbers here) and a 404 not found comes up instead of the default payment failed page. I’ve looked through the instructions manual and there is nothing mentioned about this!

User (client) can’t change their password once logged in (unless I’m missing something).
On the client side, the ‘Balance’ is always showing 0. What exactly does this do?
Here’s the corrected version:
The user can change their password after logging in or reset it using the “Forgot Password” option.
The user’s balance will be added after purchasing vouchers. See the user manual.
Sorry but that is not true regarding the passwords. I’ve just looked at your demo sites and the only way to change the password is to use the ‘forgotten’ feature. Not to worry I’ve added it myself along with so many other features.
