I am interested in the RnB – WooCommerce Booking & Rental Plugin and I would like to confirm one thing before possible purchasing it.

If a customer selects dates/cars that are not available, will the plugin suggest alternatives, such as showing the same car with the nearest available dates, or showing another available car for the requested dates?

This functionality is very important for us since we have only a small fleet and want to avoid showing “no results” to customers.

Could you please let me know if this is possible with your plugin or any of the additional add-ons?

How can I fix this

I’m planning to use this for a clothing rental business which works like the following:

1. Customer books a rental dress for 3 days (it can be any date in the future) with a security deposit, for instance Rs.2000.

2. When the event date comes, the customer picks up the dress after signing the rental agreement document and pays the dress amount, for instance Rs.5000 (in addition to security deposit).

3. After the event is finished, the customer returns the dress and the security deposit (Rs.2000) is refunded.​

The documentation doesn’t provide enough information about Instant pay option. If a customer is paying using instant pay option, how are they going to pay the remaining due amount? Is there any way to collect only the security deposit first and then the remaining amount later? Please let me know.

PSQ: I want to create a site similar to booking.com and airbnb.com, with the same functionalities, except that it concerns renting boats, yachts, etc. So, those who own boats, can register as vendors and enter their boats for rental. For that, I use WCFM Marketplace – Multivendor Marketplace for WooCommerce. I would use your plugin so that people can book their boat, and only by the hour. Even if they want to rent for 2 whole days, they need to choose 48 hours and not 2 days. The price would always be per hour. When a user books a boat, at that moment it becomes gray for the occupied dates, i.e. they cannot be clicked or removed from the offer, but the rental end date becomes the first next available date for booking. My question is whether this plugin can do that and is there anything else that needs to be purchased from add-ons? And is this plugin compatible with the WCFM plugin in the sense that the seller should have the option when publishing their boat, to enter the price per hour and to choose from their frontend whether it is a Rental or Bookable product (to get that option when creating the product)

I am facing an issue with the RnB – WooCommerce Rental & Booking plugin when using the modal layout.

Even after:

Adding the Google Maps API key in the plugin settings,

Enabling all the required APIs (Maps JavaScript API, Places API, and Geocoding API), and

Clearing cache and verifying the setup,

the Location tab inside the modal layout is not working. The input field appears, but the Google Places autocomplete does not load results.

Additionally, in the browser console I see errors such as “host validation failed” and “host is not supported.”

Currently, the website is on a demo hosting environment, so please let us know if this could be causing the issue, or if there is a special configuration needed for staging/demo domains.

Could you please advise on how to fix this, or if there is a patch/update required?

Hello, I would like to know if the plugin has this specific function:

Limit the reservation of a specific product (not all) to a single day, within my time range. That is, it can only be reserved from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., for example, any day of the year, but only for one day. This does not affect the rest of my products.

Setting the quantity of products to 1 doesn’t work. If I set the quantity to 1, when making a reservation from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., it tells me: “Sorry! Quantity not available.” If I set it to 2, it allows me to make a reservation, but when selecting more than one product, it tells me again: “Sorry! Quantity not available.”

Could you tell me if the plugin has this function or not? Thank you.

We would like to set up appointments so that time slots are displayed every 30 minutes, but once a customer books an appointment, the actual duration is 1 hour and 30 minutes, with no overlaps allowed.

For example:

- If a customer books 9:00–10:30, the following slots (9:30–11:00, 10:00–11:30, etc.) should not be available anymore.

- The next available slot should be from 10:30 and after .

Is there a way for your plugin to achieve this behavior?

I do have some issues with the calendar. When somebody books for example 3/10 – 4/10 and the order is paid (complete) he still leave the calender open to book on that day. When you select 3/10 – 4/10 again he gives the message no quantity available, i would like to block users to take that date.

In the backend in rnb calender that date is blocked.

I also use inspect for rnb booking when i select 3/10 – 4/10 the boat is not bookable.

users that are not logged in are not able to book on my website, how is this possible? everybody should be able to book.

The individual vacation rental owners maintain the information themselves: images, text, prices, etc. Live booking is not possible (not required for our new solution). Each vacation rental can be requested, and the request is sent to the email address of the CMS user who manages the vacation rental/unit. Can your theme display this/does it have this functionality?

I have reviewed the plugin in detail, but I didn’t find the following functionality that I need for pricing on my website.

I need two types of pricing conditions that must work simultaneously:

1. Duration-based pricing:

1-2 days: 95 euros 3-7 days: 75 euros 7-30 days: 70 euros

2. Seasonal pricing:

Low season: September 30 – December 14 and January 16 – June 1 High season: June 1 – September 30 and December 15 – January 15

For the low season, I want to apply the prices from the first point, and for the high season – different rates.

Does your plugin support creating such combined pricing conditions?

PRE-SALES Question. I want to use the plugin to rent items. In the demo I see the ability to set a quantity of the item to be rented. When I then go to the cart, the quantity is not able to be changed. Is it possible to allow the quantity to be changed in the cart?
