Hello, quick questions about EU/AT compliance: 1. Consecutive invoice numbering with configurable series per tenant (prefix/year) and separate service/delivery date? 2. Multiple VAT rates per line on one invoice, correct tax totals per rate, tax-exempt lines with mandatory note, Reverse Charge incl. customer VAT ID and legal note? 3. Credit notes referencing the original invoice? 4. Multiple tax profiles per company for different countries (OSS/IOSS)? 5. VIES VAT ID validation with stored proof/log? 6. Customizable, multilingual PDF layout (company data, IBAN/BIC, payment terms, optional QR)? 7. API/webhooks for invoice.created, invoice.paid, invoice.canceled; status updates via API? 8. Export: CSV or mapping guide?
Hello.
You can change the Invoice shortname after the INV- standard prefix, to include letters and characters.
Invoices are connected to products of Concord CRM, which inherit the tax settings of the core.
Credit notes, Themes, Notes, Exports and API access are listed in our to-dos, for a future version.
Our module inherits Companies controller of the core – Whatever is available in Concord CRM’s Customers, will be related to the Invoice, in terms of Customers.
Please give our demo a try – what you see included there is what you will exactly get.
Thank you! Based on your reply and the demo, the module does not currently meet our EU invoicing needs. Specifically, we require:
Consecutive numbering series per tenant and separate service date
Mixed per-line VAT with correct per-rate totals, reverse charge notes and customer VAT ID
Credit notes referencing the original invoice
VIES VAT ID validation with stored proof
Multilingual, customizable PDFs with mandatory texts
API and webhooks for invoice lifecycle events
CSV export suitable for accounting software
Since several of these are not available yet and/or are listed as future items, we will proceed with a dedicated accounting solution and integrate it with Concord CRM instead. If your roadmap later includes the items above with concrete timelines, feel free to let us know. I would be always interested in finding out about your timeline-roadmap
Thanks for your valuable feedback – rest assured that we will evaluate it with the help of our development team, as we always love to hear from existing & potential customers.
hi there, checking in 3 months later. did you evaluate updating the module to meet EU regulations and criteria yet? best regards!
Hello Braino.
We will update this comment in case those features get added to our backlog.
is there a reminder-feature for unpaid invoices? i can see how i can create an invoice in your demo but how can i send a reminder email with a template-text?
Hello.
Our module currently offers the following three templates:
- New Invoice
- Invoice Paid For Customer
- Invoice Paid For Sales Agent
We are about to create overdue and due email templates in the next version.
hi there, did you include this in your latest update? (overdue and due email templates)
Hello Braino.
We will update this comment in case those features get added to our backlog.
would an invoice always have to be connected to a product? are recurring invoices possible? are the invoices connectable with the api of concord then automatically so accounting can auto-sync? will you improve on this regarding accounting-information as well (in example import csv bank-data for the accountant)
You can create Invoices based on products, yes.
Please check online demo in order to explore possibilities (recurringness, connections etc).
Importing functionality is on our to-dos for now and API connection is something that core team needs to decide, as it’s part of the code.
no i mean can i create invoices outside of products?
Please check our online demo to verify the complete functionality of our module.
What you see there and what you will be able to perform as an operation, will be exactly what you will get for your local copy.
will you add invoice as a tab inside of companies/deals for easier convenience? this way i wouldnt have to go to the invoice menu, then again select the related deal and can quickly stay in the deal or company to create an invoice
Invoices are currently introducing a new controller and relations exist already in the database.
Thats a good addition and rest assured that your request will be noted.
Hi, Is there an option to apply a discount on an invoice? In some cases, I’d like to offer a discount to customers for certain services. If this feature is available, could you please let me know where I can find it in your demo?
Thank you in advance
You can manually adjust invoice’s amount at the current version. We have plans to include discount and coupon features in a next version.
IS this have proposal or estimation also available?
This adds pure Invoicing functionality to Concord – please check its online demo to browse all functions of it.
Can we also expect WHMCS Module for Concord too, just like perfex please ?
Thats not currently in our plans. Sorry.
Hello, just wanted to check if you script to set to manage reoccurring payments..
e.g. if i have a product that require monthly subscription, would your add-on work to capture and manage subscriptions ?
Our add-on brings invoicing functionality into Concord CRM, allowing you to automatically generate and renew invoices based on the terms of each deal. For example, if a client’s plan covers two months, the system will issue updated invoices in line with that schedule.
The module is focused on powerful invoice creation and deal-linked billing management inside Concord CRM. If you’re looking for subscription charging or card payment processing, that would be handled by a different type of integration. Many users actually combine our module with external payment gateways to achieve exactly that.
In short, our solution empowers you with flexible invoice generation and seamless management directly from your deals.
thank you for the response. would you be able to advise those integration.
That would require custom development, in order to have your needs matched.
I also new below features for improving and adapting the system for practical use:
Support for custom fields transferred to the invoice.
Ability to issue invoices to companies, not just to contacts.
Support for custom blank fields where users can manually enter the product name, quantity, VAT, price, Discount etc., without needing to use the local inventory — suitable for individual services.
Option to download invoices in multiple languages.
Thanks
Hello and thanks for the suggestions.
Custom fields are shown in the invoice.
Invoicing companies is actually happening, because contacts are connected to companies.
We do also support every type of custom fields.
Invoices can be downloaded in the local language of the CRM. Changing the language of it, will affect invoices aswell – but we dont have any plans for supporting multilingual invoices at the moment.
Thanks reply, Another question: How to setup discount in invoice?Could you give me a screenshot to show?
Hello.
Invoice discounts is not a feature that we currently support – however, its on our to-dos list for future implementation.
Hello, I have added several custom fields, but the custom fields are not displayed in the module where all invoices are displayed.
Can you please raise a support ticket within support area so our engineers can help you with your local issue?
I just generated Ticket #51275 thanks
Thanks for letting us know – team will get back to you asap.
hi, I’m thinking about buying a saas plugin.. if I understand correctly, if I want automatic payments, do I have to have this Invoice plugin? if so, is it possible to accept payments without issuing an invoice? we have our own invoicing system, we only need to accept payment from the user.. thanks for the information
Thats correct – you can still work with unbilled and trial packages, without Invoicing module.
no, I don’t need trial and unpaid, I need paid packages but without invoicing
Payment features are enabled only with the help of Invoicing module.
I have a few ideas for improving and adapting the system for practical use:
Support for custom fields transferred to the invoice.
Ability to issue invoices to companies, not just to contacts.
Support for VAT ID to enable VAT-free invoicing.
Support for custom blank fields where users can manually enter the product name, quantity, VAT, price, etc., without needing to use the local inventory — suitable for individual services.
Option to download invoices in multiple languages.
Thanks for your valuable feedback. Noted.
Hello.
This is a notification to let you know that Custom Fields feature was just released in version 1.0.1. You can use Custom Fields to also serve the custom blank fields you were looking for
Hello, I’m interested in buying it, but I need integration with Mercado Pago for my country. Regards.
Hello.
We currently support two payment gateways, PayPal and Stripe.
Hey, can you add exporting by dates to this? (12 months, 1 month, specific period of month) and export button for accountant.
Thanks for the suggestion. That was noted. You can edit the view and sort Invoices per date at the current version.
Great Job, and wish you good luck. is it compatible with the SaaS module?
Thanks for your kind words. Yes, it is fully compatible with SaaS module.
Thanks for the reply, do you have:
1. Invoice layout builder or color branding in plan
2. do you have manual payment which will mention bank details in the invoice in plan?
3. do you offer custom module developments?
Offline bank details are already on our to-dos, but Invoice layout builder is not something that will be developed soon, unless it receives a significant volume of requests.
You can contact us through our CodeCanyon profile, regarding your custom module development brief.
