Thank you for your interest! In our current setup, each time a customer sends a message through the chat popup, it is delivered instantly to the admin side, allowing real-time visibility and quick responses from the agent.
As of now, a REST API is not included. However, we provide an easily embeddable script link that can be integrated into any website or application. Once implemented, it enables the live chat for seamless customer interaction.

This application is designed on a subscription-based model, where each user’s access depends on the plan they choose. Support-related features, including ticket creation, are available only if they are part of the selected package.
At the moment, specific add-ons such as purchasing monthly support subscriptions or one-time hourly support are not included. That said, subscribers do have the flexibility to extend their usage by purchasing additional live chat conversations and chat flows if they exceed the limits of their plan.

Hello, may I ask a few questions? Does it support clicking on the URL to directly open the chat window? Can the home and help pages of the chat window be closed? Display the chat page directly when opening the chat window.

Clicking on a URL will not open the chat window directly. Instead, you’ll find the script link in your Admin Dashboard → Live Chat Settings. Once this script is integrated into your website, a chat icon will appear, and by clicking that icon, the chat window opens.
The Home page in the chat window is constant, but the Help page can be hidden if you leave the articles empty in your Admin Dashboard under the Knowledge section.
If you’d like the chat window to open directly on the chat page (without the home and articles), you may want to explore our Standalone version, which is designed for that use case. To connect the system with your website or landing pages, simply go to Live Chat → Live Chat Settings in the dashboard, copy the provided chat script link, and integrate it into your websites or landing pages. Once integrated, enable the live chat option from the admin settings, and the chat icon will appear on all your configured sites.

How instagram and whatsapp chat working , it is not like live chat it is diverting on instagram to login and also after clicking on whatsapp . How it works.
Also integrations not available for other platform like woo-commerce ,shopify, and others.

1. For Instagram and WhatsApp, after enabling these in the admin panel and integrating the script link into your website, the chat icons will appear for users. If a user clicks Inbuilt Live Chat, the chat window opens directly on your site. If they click WhatsApp or Instagram, they are redirected to the respective platform to continue the conversation. All messages from these channels will appear in the Admin Panel → Chats section, keeping communication centralized.
2. Currently, direct integrations with platforms like WooCommerce, Shopify, or others are not included. However, you can still use the script link on any platform by placing it before the closing tag, allowing the chat system to work seamlessly across your sites.

Can your program connect multiple channels on these platforms to receive multiple messages, all concentrated in your program, and have the ability to reply to messages to customers?

Why can’t the chat translate in real time automatically? Having to click on every single sentence is so unintelligent
For example, there could be a unified setting: since most people only use one native language, say mine is French, I could set it to translate everything into French. Then no matter if the user types in English, Chinese, or Spanish, the system would translate it all into French automatically, instead of making me translate each sentence one by one. That’s a waste of time—you could easily use AI to handle the translation
