When will this 199 usd price last? When will you launch mobile app?

Regarding the mobile app, it’s already in the final stage of development, and we’re planning to release it in the next couple of weeks. Early adopters will automatically receive the update once it’s live.

I can buy this script on Wednesday, please keep the price till Wednesday. Can you assure me this sale price will be lowest, i dont want situation that i buy at 199 usd now and on black friday this is sold at 49 as some scripts does that? Regarding the mobile app, is it going to be for both ios and android, also will it be part of this product or added as different add on?

My reason for asking price reduction is also that with 199 usd or 399 usd price range i doubt there will be many takers and if there are not many takers it creates doubt about regular updates.

Subscribers can create their own knowledge/article pages but where are the pages displayed?
eg. can it be displayed on their own domain? or are the pages added to the admin site knowledge/article pages?
I would assume that each subscriber can create their own knowledge/article pages and not mixed with the admin or other subscribers.

Great question . Yes, subscribers can create their own Knowledge Base articles, and these will be displayed only within their own chat window. They won’t be mixed with the super admin’s content or other subscribers. Similarly, the super admin also has the privilege to display their own Knowledge Base articles in their chat window independently.

That said, subscribers can already display their own knowledge base directly within the chat window, and the window can be expanded to a larger size for easy article viewing. So, I can see that the Regular license there is going to be the SAAS version since starts at 200 usd already. My question is that, when I install this on my hosting will clients be able to buy my packages ? like actually make payment to me and I receive the money ?

Yes, that’s correct . The application already has a payment gateway integrated. Once you configure it with your own credentials, your clients will be able to purchase your packages and the payments will go directly to you.

If you would have used the right price, this script could have got 20-30 sales by now, which is higher than getting none sale. You can launch it at a lower price & grab customer base. Than add more modules & addons.

Someone here rightly said, you may sell at launch price of 49 or 59 usd then take to this price as you want to sell premium products.
I would also like to know your plans for mobile app for users so they can chat easily using mobile app and they get notification when a chat is initiated? Also can we charge users in regular license or is it locked? I observe chat widget can be more compatible in next update as it is not fully compaitible in desktop view.
