How does the thermal printer recognize the printout after completing the order? Is it connected via Bluetooth or USB? To recognize the printer and print the receipt?

1) Customer App Compatibility – Will the existing Flutter-based customer app continue to function after updating the main system? Is it built on an external API, or will we need to upgrade everything for full functionality?
2) Outlet-specific Service Options – Do you plan to introduce separate options for each outlet (e.g., takeaway or delivery)? Since not all our outlets offer the same services, depending on location and setup, this flexibility is important.
3) POS in Merchant App – Are there any plans to add a POS feature in the merchant app so outlets can take orders directly without opening the web panel?
4) Google Login for Customers – Does the customer app support Google login? We couldn’t find this feature in the demo. If it’s not available, do you plan to add it?
5) Third-party System Integration (API Support) – Can your system integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., Ultimate POS) for automatic order sync using REST API?
Note: The main reason we’re interested in your system is the Kiosk and Merchant apps, which seem well-suited to help our outlets run more efficiently. However, compared to platforms like eFood and eRestro, your system seems to offer fewer core features. We’re open to compromising slightly, but we’d like to understand the trade-offs clearly before making a final decision.
One key issue we’ve noticed with the current kiosk app is that it requires customers to select a table while placing their order. This can be quite confusing, as customers often don’t know in advance where they’ll be seated or which table would be suitable for them. It would greatly improve the user experience if this step could be removed, allowing customers to simply place their order and wait for their token number to appear on the screen—similar to how it works with KFC kiosks, which your team is likely already familiar with.
Additionally, it would be very helpful if the payment process could be integrated into the app. Even if the customer chooses to pay with cash at the counter, just displaying the payment step in the flow would clarify the process and make it easier for customers to understand what to do next.

So, it is technically not quite possible. & We are not quite sure about the “QR Food” system you’ve mentioned before. If you want to migrate your data to Foodking from Foodscan, it is possible, but you will need a developer’s help. Also, you might not be able to migrate the same data you had, because in some cases, you will need to change the data to fit within the new system.

Q2) When Manager or admin assign a “Token No” then it showing O.S.S board but after that how a customer can understand which Token No is for him among of many Token? because after order placed from customer mobile only order ID showing in order details page. i think either Token No should show on Customer order details page, nor Order ID should show on O.S.S board.(it will good if Order ID and Token No both showing on O.S.S board)

I purchased the FoodKing – Restaurant Food Delivery System and, in terms of features, the product delivers about 95% of what is promised. The interface is well-designed, multi-branch functionality works great, and the overall system is very solid.
However, there are a few important details to highlight:
⚠️ Tax Configuration: Although the system supports multi-tax settings, you can only assign one tax per item, which becomes a problem for businesses that legally require two simultaneous taxes on a single product.
⚠️ Addons Section Issue: In the Dashboard, under Items → View → Addons, I was never able to get this function to work, and documentation or guidance was missing for this feature.
⚠️ Customer Support: Unfortunately, the customer service experience was extremely disappointing. I encountered unprofessional and even offensive behavior when I tried to negotiate a gateway integration. This level of communication is unacceptable, especially when considering scaling or future development.
⚠️ Scalability & Integration: If you’re thinking of scaling your restaurant and expanding integrations (e.g., custom gateways), consider carefully how far you want to take the system. Integration costs are high and support is unreliable.
Despite these issues, I believe the core product is technically strong and well-constructed. But I cannot recommend it for projects that require long-term support, scalability, or professional integration services unless the company significantly improves its customer interaction.

This raises a key question that may also apply to future clients: Would it be possible for the buyer to have permission to modify or adapt the code for personal use (non-commercial purposes)?
On another note, I understand your current approach to integrations and support. My intention is to build a business relationship, but the additional service fees are outside our initial implementation budget.

This system needs a lot of updating to be truly functional for both the owner and the customer.
1 – When an order is placed, the restaurant doesn’t receive a notification. 2 – You chat and receive a message that refreshes the page. 3 – There’s no way to disable payment upon delivery, nor is there an option to calculate change. 4 – It should have a WhatsApp connection to notify the customer when the order status changes or even allow the customer to send the order via WhatsApp as well.

For the delivery option, we have set up a system like this.
You don’t get The delivery address only works for Bangladesh.
If you change it to another country, it will start saying services not offered in such area.
We have a selected delivery area; you can’t order a delivery outside of that delivery zone.

Hello, i would like to give one suggestion for the app.. if you can place the payment option while putting order,so that they can choose cash on delivery or gateway and then place order. as the option now present is very problemetic,because custoner will give order and they wont pay and also they not pick call,like this waste of food happen. and also add firebase mobile verification.
