Bad Support ! They not answer all questions…. only asking cpanel details…. and then confusing settings and ui …. not separate admin panel and user panel in admin side…. this is so difficult and then human agents are not realtime …. every time , i reload browser and messenger integration is bad ….not working for me…. your tickets center is wasting 6 months times of product. really bad

ticket #50657 have all explained but you ignore = We purchased the premium membership, but it has completely failed to meet expectations. The project has not been working for over 6 months, and the premium membership was purchased yet the support provided has been inadequate, unacceptable, and far below the promised level. Below is a clear summary: 1. Support failures: Responses are extremely slow, usually only once or twice a day. Often there is no response for 2–3 days, which is unacceptable for premium support. Many questions remain unanswered in the VIP chat, and your team repeatedly asks us to identify issues instead of fixing them. 2. Unfulfilled promises: An additional 10 hours of free development was promised but never delivered. Documentation is incomplete and unclear, making the project difficult to use or understand. Overall, the premium membership is not what we expected, and the promised support simply does not exist. 3. Project functionality issues: We cannot use any add-ons. The project is not ready for launch. We are forced to identify and report bugs ourselves, which should be the responsibility of your team. We have lost significant time and effort, which must be acknowledged.

Because of these unmet promises and the significant time and effort we have lost, we are not satisfied with the premium membership and require immediate action, including a refund for this month’s subscription and that all automatic monthly payments be stopped immediately. Your full cooperation is expected to make the standard options fully functional. If your team issues the refund, fixes all errors, and helps us launch the project so that everything works correctly, this misunderstanding will be fully resolved between us. Once all issues are addressed and the project is fully functional, we can consider resuming any future collaboration or subscriptions.We have wasted significant time writing all of this, identifying and pointing out every error for you. Your team should fully understand this, and compensation should be provided for our efforts—whether through additional support work, time, or an extra option—until the project is fully functional.

We are currently awaiting answer regarding how we can resolve this issue.

Where is the announced AI Agents? Have been a while since the announcement.

And when is the custom instructions/ask ai function coming to ai chat pro canvas? Now its just a basic font/text editor and not useful at all. Your ai editor in the dashboard is even with this function since the beginning.
