how can customers top up their balance once their eSIM Data expires in your Website & apps (Android +iOS)?
Is there currently any built-in feature in the system for eSIM renewal or data top-up, or do users need to purchase a new eSIM plan every time after expiry?
If this top-up or renewal feature is not available yet, could you please confirm whether you plan to include it in a future update?
This would be a very helpful feature for improving user experience and customer retention.
Yes we do have esim top-up feature:
1. Our app has top-up functionality when a user buy a esim, he can track the usage and validity. He can top-up anytime.
2. Already answered, user needs to top-up to keep using esim

Airalo is best in every way.
- You don’t need to pay upfront for esims, which means you sell first then you pay them
- Sign up with their API partner and they will give you $100k credits to use every month. You use their credits to sell eSims and they will send you invoice at the end of month,
- All other esim providers ask fro advance.
The issue is that I have submitted my request to airalo and no one contacted me. I tried to re register but the form shows that I already registered. And no one contacted me

You can’t ask a customer who is very interested in a product to register or log in first. When you click GET PLAN, the idea is that it allows you to purchase the plan as a guest or takes you to purchase the product and helps you create an account. Don’t tell the customer that they have to register, as this will interrupt the purchase.

I was interested in the script, but I thought the purchase part was poorly done. If I clicked “Buy,” a quick notification appeared saying (Please log in to purchase a plan.)
Wouldn’t it be easier to just forward to a checkout page where the person creates an account or logs in? Or do something more intelligent?

- Consistent business information (matching website, domain, and company name)
If an application is rejected, you can reapply after updating your details or reach out to Airalo support directly to request a review.

How it works:
Purchase – When a customer wants to buy a white label eSIM or Airalo eSIM voucher, your team logs into the Partner Platform and completes the purchase using a debit/credit card or preloaded Airalo Credits.
Share – After purchasing, your team provides the customer with the eSIM details, including the QR code, activation code, and installation instructions. Or, they can share the eSIM voucher code and instructions for redeeming it on Airalo

You are asking for a feature which is provided by esim not our app. Airalo is the esim provider and they can answer you about the usage better. We have never tested the esim for whatsapp or such use. We have tested the esim for data, calling or sms usage.
let’s pretend for a moment that Airlo is supporting social accounts creation using their phone numbers. ok !

First, Astroway was removed, and now the eSIM app is also gone. none of them are live anymore, I was planning to purchase your products, but this situation raises concerns about support and future updates. I see two different CC items one is website and another mobile app are both coming to this? or both are separate with common backend for both mobile and website?
Both have common backend. You can buy both items if you want app and website together
I’d suggest upgrading your backend tech stack to Laravel combined with React, Vue.js, or Livewire, along with Tailwind CSS for the frontend. While jQuery and Bootstrap have served well, they’re becoming outdated compared to modern, component-based frameworks.
Is this improvement on your roadmap?
Our tech stack is already using Laravel for Backend and Next.js for frontend.
