when you set up direct printing config, if waiter place an order using tablets it can print KOT automatic in kitchen printer?

Hi. A few things im having issues with: 1. Phone number needs an additional number than that is available in my country (9 instead of 8 in our country)

2. No way to manage platform users. Everyone is signing in as restaurants

3. No way of editing email templates in superadmin dashboard

4. Restaurants should be able to select their preferred currency. Eg. Does not make sense if the main currency is Indian rupees if it is a Pakistani restaurant. There is also no currency selector switch in the main page.

5. No page builder to build additional pages such as terms of service, privacy policy etc

We don’t have feature to edit email template. But you can change email text.

This feature is not available. Restaurants can set only a default currency.

5. No page builder to build additional pages such as terms of service, privacy policy etc We have additional pages setting in superadmin but not on restaurant level.

When a user creates an account it will be for restaurant not for ordinary user. In the admin page, there is no way to manage users

Want to buy this but few features I tried on demo , running orders and table status not showing in pos so which tables are empty which are under orders ,and in kiosk please add online payment like upi qr.

There is big big bug in system. its working okay when your menu items is less like 20 or 30. but when your Restaurant items like 200 plus the system its very slow. its stop working. its work again back when you reload the page or refresh from browser. so its very very difficult to every users that use this system to again and again refresh the systems when data is huge.

Your account says you have not bought the application. So how come you are testing the menu items with 200+

Hi, Regarding direct printing App, it converts the receipt to PNG? because thermal printers print image too slow and it work work for restaurants. Why not directly print like Raster Bit Image

Question before buying, why this code loads very very slow compared to other competitors, it has reduced the efficiency of the app, (have you tried to compare, I have tried the demo many times at different time frames) do you have any plans to improve the loading speed?

Any updates on this bug? I just replicated this on your demo and still happening:

I found a HUGE BUG that involves packages. I noticed that if Trial package is active, but the user changes to Free Package, they can access all the features FREE even though are not active for that plan.

How to replicate: 1. On Restaurant Admin Panel (with Trial Plan active), change the plan to Default Plan 2. After changing the plan, he can access all the features of the system even though those are deactivated from SuperAdmin Panel.

You have to change manually the plan to Default from SuperAdmin for each restaurant to block the features that are not active for the plan.

Hey , will this software work on mac? And can I use web printing on mac?

It is a web app. This works on browsers. So it does not matter whether you open the browser on Mac Windows or Linux. The application will open without any issue

ABOUT DIRECT PRINTING. We have a desktop app for MAC and Windows both

If I want to use web printing like from the browser. Without using the desktop app. Will it work on mac just like it does on windows?

Yes web printing will work on any device with POP up and manual print

the fact you have not added customer details like name and number to pickup is crazy

In order card we dont show the list of items ordered. it shows on order details. List of item show in cards in KOT screen.

So if you want to see separate section for each kot then opem KOT screen not order

i know, this is not to show the list just to show there is an update on that order so if a new kot is generated on the order a tab will be added with that kot number. staff can immediately see the order with the addition if they miss the notification

Also checking your demo for orders and Kitchen sync of different orders numbers, once the order is marked served it’s still showing order confirmed in the main order window ( refreshes every 1 sec),

So from KOT the sync of the meal statuses is not working in your demo on order’s page

Hi i have some Pre Sale Questions

1. Can we add more orders in already existing orders in dine away, take away? as sometimes customer’s wants some additional dishes after processing the order so how we can add more items into there table, dine in, take away or delivery order?

2. Can you support android and apple app for each restaurants, how much it will cost per restaurant?

3. In your demo customer order board is not showing any orders, please could you fix it as we want to see demo for it

4. Is there any detailed documentation for each features? like POS how to operate it properly? so we can provide or write documentation to restaurants

5. For SMS module please provide more details like which system we can able to integrate with for e.g: twilio and how to charge customer’s from the admin section for each sms messages or sell package of 100, 1000 sms from the restaurant admin
