Do you have something with Office 365? A lot of people want that integration for SSO.

Many companies manage their users through Office 365 and prefer not to create or maintain duplicate accounts within Perfex. Instead, they want their employees to log in using their existing Office 365 credentials.
Here are the key requirements we envision for this integration:
- Single Sign-On (SSO):
- Users should be able to log in to Perfex CRM directly using their Office 365 account (via Azure AD). - Authentication should be secure, leveraging OAuth 2.0 / OpenID Connect protocols.
- Automatic User Provisioning (First Login):
- If a user logs in for the first time using Office 365, a new account should be created in Perfex CRM automatically. - The system should allow assigning a default role to new users upon their first login.
- Configuration Options:
- Admins should be able to configure the Azure AD tenant ID, client ID, and client secret directly from the module settings. - Option to define the default role for newly created users.
- User Experience:
- A “Login with Office 365” button should be visible on the login page alongside the standard login option. - Seamless redirection to the Microsoft login page and back to Perfex upon successful authentication.
- Security Considerations:
- Encrypted communication with Microsoft identity endpoints. - Option to restrict login only to users from a specific tenant/domain.
This functionality would add significant value for organizations that rely on Microsoft 365 for user management and want a smoother onboarding process into Perfex CRM.
Please let us know if this integration could be developed as a custom module. Additionally, we would appreciate any details regarding pricing, delivery timeline, and technical requirements.

Registration button can be enabled/disabled by Perfex CRM. Our module has nothing to do with it.
According to https://help.perfexcrm.com/customers-registration/ :
You can enable/disable customers registration from Setup > Settings -> Customers> Allow clients to register.

it is not local issue, as i confirmed the bug is intentional or you selling malfunction module, i need to report codecanyon for malfunction items according to terms and conditions.
Your local copy shall work just like our online demo does.

What if 2 different vendors have the same client. Who gets to have access to the contact after logging in with the SMM?
Thats not allowed in Perfex CRM. Attempting to log in through a social media profile gets unique client access – logging back in with the same social media profile is supposed to use the same account.
When will developments regarding Office 365 integration be made?

Thanks for the brilliant module. However, we faced an issue where we already enable the module, fill in the Google Login client ID and client secret, change Google Login status to active, and save settings but the login options not displayed on login page.

Minor compatibility updates are pushed under no version change. For major ones, changelog is updated and a new version number is given.

Hello, Please, where should I request the domain update to use my license for this purchased product? It is not possible to do so via support here. And the module does not accept the domain change without first informing them.

You need remove the files from the current installation, in order to avoid license lock during activation under a new instance/domain.
Once you do so from the old URL, please use the Licensing Flush tool ( its link can be found on the bottom left of New Ticket Creation link: https://themesic.com/support/ticket/new ), in order to have your license resetted through Envato Licensing API.
You will be able to activate the license at the new instance now, but please ensure that it is not active in any other instances, as that will trigger a new license lock.

honestly too many fields in registration are a block to get new customers. you should work on a simpler registration page than perfex’s.
