Hello, we’re researching a mobile wallet platform that works as a payment method similar to your project.

During testing your platform, I discovered that your script is very good, but it lacks many features for a complete wallet recommended for the market.

1. I ask that you add features so that customers or agents who don’t have smartphones to install the user or agent app can use the platform through USSD services, for example, *500# for users, *600# for agents. After entering this code, users should have options to perform their transactions.

2. I ask that you add features to charge commissions based on the amount of money: for example: if a user withdraws an amount ranging from zero to 100 from the agent, the commission cost should be 4, meaning the user will spend 104, of which 2 go to the website admin and 2 to the agent’s commission.

If the user withdraws 1000, the commission cost should be 8, of which 4 go to the website admin and 4 to the agent.

This is very helpful because commission charges based on percentages are often very expensive for users. Therefore, it is up to the website admin to decide whether to use a percentage-based commission or a percentage-based commission.

3. I request the addition of features for adding credit or debit cards so that it works with real banks. For example, add a Visa API so I can add my card to the platform and automatically process transactions from my wallet to my card in real time, including Mastercard, Visa, and other cards.

DATE: We will have the date of the transaction, including the year, month, and day. Each site administrator should be able to use the orders according to their preferences, where they can change them to: day, month, and year according to their country.

DATE: This will be the date the transaction was performed, where we’ll have the hour, minute, and second. Each site admin should be able to change the order to their country or whatever they prefer, which can be minute, hour, or second.

TRANSACTION ID: This will be the transaction number, which should be a random number.

These are basic and useful operations for a wallet.

The documentation is very basic and not at all as details as your other products. First, what all exactly can be paid by the user, exactly how can the various options exactly be enabled for use by the user, additionally how can users link for example their google or apple pay wallets to their users wallet accounts. One of the automatic gateways that I have currently enabled has mobile payments available, however I cannot find how to enable this to users?

Adding this support would make the script more popular among users in the Arab world, increasing your potential customer base. Personally, if RTL support is added, I would be one of the first buyers.
