- Enhanced main dashboard: pending orders, deliveries due this week, mini calendar with work allocation & remarks for quick overview and faster workflow

This item is second update queue. Once are updating our item one by one. There is no roadmap yet as we haven’t start working on the update but rewards points and SaaS version are listed. I will list others but as it’s in queue so we are not sure when the update will be released. It might take 4 – 6 months.

1. Yes, you can use offline or online as you need. But there is no sync option available.
2. No WhatsApp notification support yet.

I do have one humble request: if possible, please consider adding WhatsApp notification support in the upcoming updates (or even as an optional add-on). This feature is extremely important for us, as it would help in digitising and streamlining our current offline processes. Many businesses today are relying on WhatsApp as their primary communication channel, and this would truly make the system much more powerful and user-friendly for us and others.
Along with this, I feel one more feature would add great long-term value — Customer Loyalty & Engagement. For example:
Saving complete customer history (past orders, bills, and measurements).
- Auto birthday/anniversary greetings via WhatsApp.
- A simple loyalty system (like “after 5 orders, offer a discount”).
- These small touches can really improve customer retention and make the system stand out compared to others.
Delivery & Reminder System
- Calendar view for delivery dates.
- Alerts for upcoming deliveries (1–2 days before).
- WhatsApp/SMS reminder to customers.
I completely understand that development takes time and effort, but if you could explore a way to integrate it — even in a basic form initially — it would be an absolute game-changer.

I already updated the app to latest versions and now working on add requested features. I can’t dd all together but will add few first then will keep adding more one by one. The first update was scheduled this week but it will be delayed another 2 weeks. The SaaS and other relatively large feature will be after this. Thank you

Hi, I need an SMS gateway for Pakistan to alert customers about suit status updates, delivery, and invoices. Also, I would like to use Pakistan payment gateways.
I am sorry as there is no such sms or payment gateways are available. SMS are only supported with vonage and few payment gateways as on live demo. Thank you

I have followed your directions exactly, but the problem is not fixed. All other things are working very fine, and I real enjoy using this script. To me the only major problem, is this inability to edit the invoice once created, as whenever we tried it gives a blank page. I don’t know how to fix it.

I bought the application with technical support for 6 months, and there is simply no support. The link you sent me to open a support ticket charges per ticket, between $10 and $20.
I bought a solution that has no support at all and to provide support they charge for each support request, which is absurd.

Hi, thanks a lot for this today’s update, we really appreciate it, but we have waited for more than a year, then why no additional features? Last time I suggested the following features, and you promised that you will consider them, so when should we expect to the following features in this wonderful script?
1. I would like to see multi branches feature and SAAS, this will enable a tailoring companies to purchase a subscription packages and then manage their more than one branches located in various places inside or outside the country.
2. I would like to see a front end website which will be an E-commerce which allow customers to login and make order (choose clothes and put his/her measurements), then tailors prepare the order and delivery boy deliver it.
3. I would like to see the customer able to choose cloth type, buttons type, and many varieties of clothes which he/she wants, please refers to another script here in codecanyon named as TAILORON.
4. Customers can fix apportionment with a tailor and even chatting system between customers, tailors, and admin.

The feature you suggested are listed for the next major release. I am not sure how long will it take but SMA is quite big app and finishing that will take some time then only can work on TSMS.
The update was just to fix the status field for non-English languages.
