I know I may not be the only one facing this issue. Since I purchased the system, I still haven’t been able to fully use it because of one major problem: the manual payment system.
I understand that you are busy, but it would be very important to start paying closer attention to user feedback and implement some of the suggested improvements. We are essentially the ones testing the system in real-world conditions — you build it, we buy it and use it. When we report errors or problems, it’s not to discourage you, but to help improve the platform.
You know that not everyone is tech-savvy or comfortable with online purchases. Customers want things to be simple, visible, and easy to use. If the process becomes complicated, they will leave and buy the same product on another website.
I am specifically talking about the manual payment method. For my customers (especially older people, like my parents), this option is essential. However, right now it is too hidden. Many users don’t even know where to click to see the bank details.
I have suggested several times that this method should work like the other payment options. When the customer selects the manual payment method, a pop-up with the bank details should open immediately — just like the other payment methods do.
Currently, the customer has to search for where to view the bank details. Not everyone understands that they need to click a specific button to see that information. This creates unnecessary friction and reduces conversions.

When I click on an attribute, the selling price of one product is being displayed for all attributes. Each attribute should show its own product’s selling price, but it’s showing the same price everywhere. When I remove the main selling price and enter only the price in the attribute section, the product doesn’t update.

For manual payments, the payment details are displayed after an order is placed, since there is no available bank payment data beforehand. This is why the feature has been designed in this way.
However, you can customize the design directly from the admin panel under UI > Site Settings, or even modify the entire payment flow if needed. The project is built with Vue.js and Laravel, so anyone familiar with these technologies will be able to make the necessary changes.
