Hi, I have a quick question. how can customers top up their balance once their eSIM Data expires?
Is there currently any built-in feature in the system for eSIM renewal or data top-up, or do users need to purchase a new eSIM plan every time after expiry?
If this top-up or renewal feature is not available yet, could you please confirm whether you plan to include it in a future update?
This would be a very helpful feature for improving user experience and customer retention.
Additionally, I’d like to suggest developing a Flutter Mobile App (Android + iOS) version of the platform. It would greatly enhance accessibility, brand value, and customer engagement, especially for users who prefer managing their eSIMs through a mobile interface.

Will there be any Black Friday promotions?
The Black Friday promotions are managed by Envato, not directly by us. If Envato includes our item in their campaign, the discount will automatically appear on the item page during the sale period.
I’m currently experiencing an issue during live user payment flow. When a payment is successfully processed via Stripe (checkout.session.completed received with payment_status = paid), the eSIM is not automatically generated on my platform afterward.
The Stripe webhook successfully triggers my system, and the payment is confirmed, but the order does not trigger the creation of the eSIM resource from API. We have verified: The webhook is configured and accessible. All allowed IPs are correctly set No Laravel error appears in logs. The orderStatus never updates to GOT_RESOURCE after payment confirmation.

I’ve found a very serious issue that needs to be fixed urgently.
When selecting any plan and proceeding to the “Purchase Now” step, the total amount multiplies incorrectly. For example:
Example:
Selected Plan: 5 GB – 30 Days
Price: $35.00 USD
Subtotal: $35.00 USD
But the total shows $3,500.00 USD instead of $35.00 USD!
Simply select any plan (e.g., $1 or $2) and click “Purchase Now.” The total incorrectly jumps to $100 or $200 respectively.
Please fix this bug as soon as possible instead of patching individual cases, since it’s clearly affecting all plans system-wide.

im also encountering a payment gateway issue that needs attention. When trying to process a payment through Stripe Hosted that Payment is not getting through:

Please fix this issue as soon as possible so that payments can be processed securely and smoothly.

We noticed that you passed a customer’s full credit card number to Stripe’s API. To keep your customer’s information safe, we don’t process charges that include full card numbers.

esimaccess is not working in your script, when i contacted your support they told that esimaccess have made some recent api changes that’s why it is not working and they will fix in next update but due to this my project is getting delayed.

Ticket#178588, It has been pain to get the issue resolved. From many days i have raised the issue that Airalo plans region, operator not showing, that has been sent along with the screenshot and your support team response time is very poor neither taking effort to resolve on priority. Your support used to be good but for this ticket it has been pain for me.

Okay, no solution is being provided for this. Either your support member does not understand or does not want to resolve the issue. I have checked with other esim script here on CodeCanyon and they don’t have any such issue in their script. Airalo and esimaccess both should show region and operator in admin while your script does no show anything neither this is being resolved. I am your regular client and first supporter always but this esim experience and customer support i have felt extremely poor. If this is not resolved i will be left with no other choice than to give 1 star which i am refraining from from many days even told your support and now we are facing loss and regretting not going with other sim script.

When will there be update on fixing current issues? This script also lacks many features that your rival script here has including top up feature and mobile app but i don’t see update being pushed. Your new scripts mostly weekly are always exciting and i buy almost every script of yours but i would like to see better work from you i.e. updates on existing script that buyers have trusted you with.

The “Additional Price” field in System Settings > General Settings applies only to providers that don’t send reseller prices during synchronization. If a provider already provides reseller prices, this additional price will not be applied.

I’d like to suggest a couple of important improvements for the admin panel to make managing plans more efficient:
1️⃣ Automatic Supplier Price Comparison: Please add a system that can automatically compare plan prices across all connected eSIM suppliers (eSIMaccess, Dataplans.io, eSIMcard, Airalo, etc.) and highlight which supplier offers the lowest price for the same region or data size. This will help us quickly identify and activate the most cost-effective options.
2️⃣ Global Margin Update Option: Currently, there are 1K+ plans spread across 100+ pages, and margins need to be edited one by one. It would be great to have an option to apply a global profit margin (e.g., +10%, +15%, or a fixed amount) to all or selected plans with a single click.
3.Are you going to add more esimprovideers?
These two features would save a lot of time and make plan management much smoother.

Here’s what I need:
1️⃣ Referral Link System - Each influencer should have a unique referral link (e.g. https://albesim.com/?ref=username). - When someone visits the site and makes a purchase through that link, the system must record the influencer who referred the sale. - In the admin panel I need: • Total clicks per influencer • Total purchases from their link • Total commission earned - Admin features: • Set custom commission % for each influencer • View reports • Mark commissions as paid or pending
2️⃣ Coupon Code System - Each influencer should also have a coupon code (e.g. ESIM10). - When the coupon is used: • The discount (set by me as admin) is applied • The sale is linked to that influencer so they get their commission - Important: → The coupon discount has nothing to do with the influencer’s commission rate. → Influencers always earn their set commission %. - Admin panel should allow: • Create and edit coupons • Set discount values (percentage or fixed) • Link coupons to influencers • Track coupon usage and generated commissions
3️⃣ (Optional but preferred) An influencer dashboard showing: - Their referral link & coupon code - Number of clicks, sales, and commissions - Paid vs unpaid commissionsu
