I need your help with a critical issue in the chat system. When someone messages me, I receive the notification, but when I open the chat, the messages do not appear. Also, when I send a message, it does not show as sent — there is no checkmark or any indicator. It only appears after I close the chat and open it again. And even then, I still cannot see the messages that the other person sent me, even though the app shows that they wrote to me. So I receive the notification, but the messages are not showing inside the chat screen. This makes the chat unusable. We need this fixed urgently.

1. Sponsored adverts: allow users to create and run sponsored image and video advertisements on the app. Sponsored ads can show on timeline, match page and profile pages
2. Allow users to create groups and pages
3. Add video and voice call features to app

Okay, based on your description I can say that you have not increased the post_max_size : 500M , It might be 2MB in your case preventing video files getting uploaded. Please make this settings from your cpanel and it will be resolved. Please contact on support desk if you still find the issue there.

Yes, since it is managed from admin panel, It can be turned off/on from admin. It is on now and you can see them all now.
