Hello, please. I purchased your script and installed everything correctly, including linking my API key. However, whenever I try to generate an image, I get this error message:
“Invalid error from API request.”
Despite the error, coins are still deducted from my balance.
Also, when I try to generate a video, it shows this message:
“Service account is missing.”
Please help me fix this issue as soon as possible.

what models does it use for images and for videos
We use the veo-3.0-generate-preview model for videos and gemini-2.5-flash-image-preview for images.

In each prompt i dont see time limit per video. what is max video length now? or can user create video more than 60 seconds.

The VEO 3 model currently supports a maximum video duration of 8 seconds per generation. This limit is defined by the API itself to ensure optimal processing performance and cost efficiency.
I see the current subscription plan is not correct, it does not automatically collect money every month from users, they have to deposit manually every month to buy. It reduces revenue

Honestly, this is more than two times I’ve purchased your scripts. The first time I had to abandon the script due to refusal of support, and I thought you had improved, but unfortunately I see that you haven’t. Nowhere in the documentation is there any mention of configuring a JSON file.
And even though I received a demonstration video for configuring this JSON file, you still don’t say where we should insert the key or what to do with this JSON file. No, the script does not currently support RTL (Arabic) language. Customization would be required to add RTL support.

Try for free option is not available by default.

We apologize for the confusion, the “Try for Free” button was included unintentionally as part of the demo content. There is no free trial option available in the system. You may simply remove or replace it from the frontend content settings in your admin panel.
Hello, in the home page we have interface to create banners or videos, without login. Is there restriction on number of generations. As any visitor can use interface to create banners and videos and they can abuse. Thank you
Users must be logged in to generate a banner or video. Currently, each user can generate only one banner or video.
I have been testing this I believe we as admin should be able to grant or delete credits from our end as admin users.Also include a all ticket delete button,this comes in handy for dealing with tons of spam.
This feature isn’t available yet, but we’re working on it and hope to bring it to you in a future update!
Please do so asap,becuase we bought this so we can use it ourselves but we cant because we cant simply order and pay for it-without raising red flags to your selected payment provider.Have you guys ever tried doing this yourselves,it simply is a quick way of getting your payment processing account blacklisted or shut down immediatly,due to percieved “POSSIBLE FRAUD”

No, the script does not provide its own API for external app development.
Where can we find this mention within its docs,i dont see a setting via admin for AI credentials.According to its docs there is suppose to be a google gemani key for it and there is none for it.
Please check the General Settings page. You’ll find the option to update the API key here. Also, you will find the guidelines here.
I tested this script and noticed the following admin issues-there is no way of allowing the admin to use the script himself via that admin panel without having to register for new account in front end.As for prompts why not as well include delete function too,so we wont slow down databse with all these disabled prompts.

Regarding prompts, the delete option is not available by default. We never keep delete options for users because they may have many relational data linked to their accounts.
is there a way to restrict the generated videos let us say 10 seconds, that way we can have a comprehensive and realistic pricing plans. and we should seperate the credits for videos and ad banners. veo fast $0.25 per second (audio off) or $0.40 per second (audio on) better to have seconds plans rather than credits it is so abstract. for customers and admin and to have possibility to turn audio off or on

bottom line:
- need to restrict length of video from dashboard or give customer possibility to choose with maximum seconds would be 10s - give possibility to choose audio on or off - and this will be applied on all prompts even custom one - need to give possibility to top up if user finish all his seconds - clear separation between ads banners and videos

Thank you for your detailed suggestions. Currently, the system does not include restrictions for video length or separate credit management for ads and videos.
We are using Google VEO-3 Fast for video generation. We appreciate your feedback regarding:
Restricting video length (e.g., maximum 10 seconds)
Giving customers the option to turn audio on/off
Applying these limits to all prompts, including custom ones
Clear separation of credits for ads and videos
Top-up functionality when user runs out of seconds
These are excellent feature suggestions, and we will review them for possible inclusion in a future update.

When generate a banner and then close the popup modal and try to generate another banner its show the previous banner in popup modal not the AI generated icons/gif like the first time. Can you fix this? The same for the video.

1. Your script cannot generate vertical images, although they are stated in the settings. 2. Videos are not generated at all. Throws a Service account file is missing error. 3. Trial version is not provided in the settings. Although it should be in this kind of script. Even a free plan cannot be made.
I see that these problems have already been voiced by other users. And I hope you fix it in the next updates.
Do not ask to register for your support system. Without a VPN, your website won’t open at all, and with a VPN, I can’t sign up because your system blocks it.
For issues 1 (vertical image generation) and 2 (video generation error), we need to investigate further.
Regarding support, all assistance and issue inspections are handled exclusively through our official support portal. To resolve any problems, please open a support ticket so our team can investigate and assist you directly.
Regarding the Trial/free plan – not available at the moment, but we are considering adding this feature in future updates.
