I don’t see a big reason to do that, since project is on v10, a relly stable version and 11 and the recently released v12 have only minor improvements.

Mobile apps are separate purchases. They are optional. And I will first recommend starting with just the web project, and then go with Client, then Drivers, and then Vendor.
Every shared hosting will do great job.
Soon we will have videos on how to easily install on Laravel Cloud, which is good alternative also.
After purchase, you get 6months of included support. Later you can extend it.
With extended license, you get access to all plugins. and 50% discount on mobile apps. So maybe that is the best option.
