will there be a vendor panel?

Trying to figure out why my web version isn’t looking like the demo. I have a login form when I visit the website. Did I do something wrong? Any responses appreciated. Not having Openstreet Map kinda sucks. Tired of being forced feed Google Maps.

Hello how do i change the city images and also why cant we delete or do full edit on facilities & user accounts when already set in the admin panel

You can update the city images in your Admin Panel by navigating to the “City Images” tab.
Regarding your second question: a facility cannot be deleted while it is actively being used by any property or project. You must first ensure no listings are using it.
As for user accounts, admins cannot delete them at this time, though users can delete their own. We plan to add this functionality for admins in a future update.

A: The eBroker app requires Google Maps API to fetch accurate location data and power core features. It does not run without Google Maps integration.

A: By default, users can add any location. We can provide a customization to validate coordinates against your chosen city boundary and restrict listings to that city only.

Currently, these types of features are not included in eBroker by default. The platform mainly focuses on property rent and sale listings, so it does not have built-in options for rent payments, reminders, or complaint reporting.
However, we do provide a chat system where property owners and users can communicate directly to discuss further details.

Currently, our platform is designed primarily for property listings and does not include a booking or transaction management feature. This means users cannot pay a booking amount through the system to temporarily reserve a property.
2. Sold Properties in Admin Panel
Yes, the admin panel provides a complete list of sold properties, making it easy to view and manage them.
3. Sold/Rented Properties for Owners
Property owners can view their sold and rented properties directly within their property listings for better tracking and record-keeping.
4. Accounting for Sold Properties
At present, our system does not have built-in accounting or tax filing support. If required, we can explore integrating or customizing an accounting module in future phases.
