can you guys consider working with an established delivery app and simply sell a module that would integrate with that app, i know the system has delivery option, but it needs a standalone delivery app

Hello, I have a question are you plan to add card terminal option to charge customer credit card at the register. Let say the client don’t want to pay online they just want to give the card to pay how the restaurant will process the payment with that card?

Does this support printing via iPad? IOS
You can open the application on Ipad but the direct printing will happen only where desktop application is installed means on mac or windows.

Just some quick feedback: the Universal Module Bundle feels a bit overpriced compared to similar CodeCanyon products like Restaurant App SaaS ($29, with full modules, Mobile Apps and a polished frontend). Their offering feels more complete, especially visually, which makes your current pricing harder to justify.
If you adjusted the bundle price to something around $150 and improved the frontend/CMS design, I think many more buyers from your 900+ customers, as oppose to the only 12 customers at present (myself included) would be eager to purchase. As it would allow them to make it more affordable, specially since they have purchased a few modules already. This way you will be able to build a faithful customer base.

Hi. Regarding the desktop app. Why can’t you rename the app and use a logo that does not reflect Table track. A name like “Desktop Print” etc. ? I feel like it is kinda not fair given that we are buying so many things from you, including modules and Extended licences. I understand that you have rebranding feature, but maybe others don’t need that. I am not asking to rebrand for everyone for free. This does not cost you anything. Thanks.
Sorry, but “Desktop Print” by itself doesn’t imply anything. This is the desktop printing app for the TableTrack application, so it’s branded with our logo and name. We do not charge for the TableTrack desktop application—it is completely free.
If you need the logo and name changed, you can request it for a minimal charge.
I understand you are buying the main app and modules, but the desktop printing app is a separate component.

There is a huge mistake in invoicing/financial
1. Disocunt : taxes are calculated after discount then only finance will be ready because otherwise customers have to pay tax/vat original bill amount rather than discounted amount. currently your system calculate tax on total amount before discount.
2. Delivery fee and other fee : Tax should be enabled for them as for every restaurant being monitored for tax fraud and having delivery fee in invoice without tax on it usually raise suspecion and hence not accurate financially
