I have multiple licences and some of them are “used” on websites that do not exist anymore. How can I remove the licence for the unused/non-existing domain in order to use the licence on a different site?

This product is for ADVANCED users. No user manual, no instructions, no video, no tutorial, no intuitive interface, no visual elements, only a complex dashboard designed for experts. If you are used to visual builders, forget about this plugin. Lost my time and my money.
It is unfortunate that you could not figure out the simple interface of the plugin where each option has a tooltip. This plugin is intuitive in the settings and with its help, it is possible to create a variety of pop-ups with different functions and designs. Any user can figure it out without problems.
Sorry but it is NOT a simple interface, and there is not useful tooltips. I lost hours struggling trying to figure out how to put this thing to wotk. But this tool is NOT designed for intuitive work. This tool is for advanced users, people that knows how to edit HTML command lines. I had to uninstall the plugin and put it in the trash.
This plugin is not designed to work with HTML. Creating and customizing a modal window is very simple. The design is simple and intuitive. We are sorry that you could not figure out the plug-in settings and are not using it at full capacity.
Are you serious? There is NO design at all. Only fields to text entry. This tool is for who still uses html lines, and know how to use IDs, CSS and HTML. You are using misleading advertising to convince people that your tool is intuitive and easy but NO, it is not the case. Now stop trying convince me that I am the problem, sir. You don’t know me. To use the plugin and create modal windows with the plugin, you do not need knowledge of HTML or CSS. Of course, HTML or CSS can be used but not necessary. The simple design of the settings implies the ease of use of the plugin and the creation of modal windows. Each field has a friendly name and a tooltip. We are not trying to convince you that the plugin is simple for you. We realized that it is difficult for you.
For me? I have 14 websites, 3 in HTML and 11 in wordpress, including e-commerce, all of them I made by myself over the past 8 years. You insist in trying to make me think this piece of bad coded software is easy, but I hope that more people will realize that it is NOT the case, after read this conversation. You seems to be a very funny person my friend, but I am not here to make jokes. I spent my money with your piece of software and I understood very well all the settings. It’s ridiculous. We have to do all the hardworking things that the plugin should do, but it simply does not. There are lots of plugins that do the same thing for free. Codecanyon must be more selective with the products they allow selling in their platform. People are being scammed here.
