The Subscription does not upgrade or renew the sellers subscription it all run through the process but there is no update subscription or renewal after clicking the subscription requested these little bugs are usual sort before release and im not getting more support till its fixed i was just about to buy the apps next to as i have brought all the modules but may soon move to something else if i get not help

I just purchased and installed the script (fresh install, all requirements passed).

However, I cannot log into the admin panel after installation. Credentials set during installation do not work.

This is a critical issue because the system is unusable.

Please provide a solution ASAP or instructions to properly access admin.

Otherwise I will request a refund.

After raise the service request by the customer, how customer will share the work location to the service provider? Will it be manual or will it be automatically the location will be shared to the service engineer?

it will be automated, while placing and order system ask user to provider address.

also there are live chat option available, provider and customer can chat together.

Seller and Buyer registration are not working. I have already disabled OTP, but the system is still attempting to send OTP to the mobile. SMTP is configured correctly, and I’m receiving the email. However, I do not want OTPs sent to mobile numbers.

I only need a simple email verification process using a verification code or link, without any mobile OTP.

Note: it’s been 2year we did not provide update file with the installation able file.

can we have an update that allows sellers to use their profile location as the service zone, as i dont want to keep asking sellers to change the setting as they dont know how to change it properly. and users have no notice to change it

we will consider about this in our future update, can not remove the service zone feature because someone might have different location and service zone is different.

I have tried to book a service im registered as a seller but havent got multiple emails is there a way of allowing seller to purchase from other sellers also ?? maybe in the next update

I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. I tried contacting the author multiple times before the support expired, but received no assistance AT ALL. The installation file is broken, the documentation is unclear, and I still haven’t received the required SQL file.

This has been a complete waste of time. I was even considering buying the addons, but with this level of poor support, I cannot recommend this product to anyone.

If I don’t get a response here, I will be contacting CodeCanyon directly to request a refund.

Still having issues with installation after a week, I submitted a ticket and given their email “xgeniousteam@gmail.com” access to my hosting but have still not been worked on.
