Please reply my Ticket Id #5372… Admin Installation completed but Customer App is stuck at Ride Booking with this exception
Error: Exception::_construct(): Argument #2 ( $code) must be of type int, string given.
Also the User side react landing page giving the error while booking a ride.

In my previous comment i reffered to the isssue of the user app and driver app, there is a lot issues with the driver app and user app, the admin panel and landing page was easy to deploy for the technicians but complains about the driver app and user app, what would be your advice as we have had numerous meeting with support about the same, looking forward to your advice and guidance. user app and driver app are build in react native so need basic knowdlege to setup config and enviorment our team will help in that we are also working on video tutorials for the same
Additional question , if we already have the template ourchased 3 months ago, and we ask your team to setup , what would be your cost to set it up for us if we already have the template and secondly, how long will it take to set it up
for installation cost and timeline you can create ticket

Feature Request: Waste Collection Service Integration for Taxido

I’d like to suggest a new feature module to be added to Taxido — a Waste Collection Service. This will expand the app’s usefulness beyond ride-hailing and create new income opportunities for both drivers and the platform.
Below are the key features that should be included in this new module
1. Service TypesAdd multiple waste collection categories for users to choose from:
Household Waste
Commercial Waste
Bulk / Furniture Waste
Construction Waste
Garden Waste
Electronic Waste (E-waste)
2. Scheduling OptionsAllow users to:
Request instant collection (on-demand like a ride)
Schedule pickups for later dates
Set recurring pickups (daily, weekly, or monthly)
3. Pricing SystemAutomatic fare estimation based on distance, waste type, and volume
Options for per bag, per bin, or per truckload pricing
Support for mobile money and card payment
4. Driver / Collector ModeSeparate “Waste Driver Mode”
Ability to upload before and after photos for proof
Option to mark waste collected / disposed

5. Smart Matching SystemMatch users to the nearest available waste vehicle

When is update coming and what’s new, does it have PIP for ios drivers? They’ll see the driver icon on anywhere on the screen and when the get ride it’ll open full screen.
its at present in android its there pip and in future update we have referral , incentive and some design improvements with more modern
It should be present in iOS as well. Most drivers uses iPhone so you dont leave them out.

Does the Driver app have the DrawOver feature (also called overlay, appear on top)?
This is when the driver app is in the background, and when a new ride request arises, the driver app overlays other apps and displays the request screen in the foreground.
yes drawover is supported in android only and taxido supports it

documents are general for all ( you can modify bit code for country wise document )

currency is zone based on which zone they are currency will be change on that zone ( they can not change ) , zone wise currency is supported not user and driver wise as there is bidding , invoice , tax and many complaice so country and zone wise user or driver gets that currency

its laravel php admin and pickup an drop off are not integrated at present
When are you adding that because in South Africa, the wrong pickup and drop off point can cost the driver a lot

Good day , we are still having issues with the APP , is till not working , we have sent several messages to support and reply with ways to fix the problems but still the app is not working , I have proposed to them if they will charge me to fix it and how much are they going to charge me , yet I have not got any good response . so now I am stuck.
you can have extended license for free installation or if you need only installation you can ask for that in ticket
