In the upcoming update, could you consider revising the payment receipt generated from the system after payment? The receipt is generated in two PDF pages. When the paper size is changed, the receipt still prints two pages even if the item paid for is a single transaction.

I recently purchased the extended license and attempted to install the system on my VPS, which is hosted by InMotion Hosting and managed through the CWP Control Web Panel. Unfortunately, the installation was unsuccessful, as the provided documentation appears to be intended for a different control panel.

Additionally, when I clicked the Support tab here in Envato, I found only the FAQs section — there was no email address or link to access your support area.

Please add an Online Class/Custom Link integration feature to the Timetable module for online classes. It would also be great to include an option to specify the classroom name, as some schools require students to move to different rooms for each subject.

The recent update reflects version 1.7.0, which we re-uploaded after the product was temporarily removed from CodeCanyon due to technical reasons. Since this is the same code as the previous live version, the update log hasn’t changed. Upcoming releases with new features will include a complete changelog.

Currently, our product does not yet support adding multiple school branches. However, this is a very good suggestion. We will discuss it with our team and plan to include this feature in our product roadmap in the future.

To disable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), please go to the Super Admin Panel → School List → Action Button → Manage Admin. At the bottom, you will see a Two Factor Verification option. You can check/uncheck it as needed to enable or disable 2FA for clients.

A FEW CLARIFICATIONS BEFORE PURCHASE.

1. Examination & Report Card During each term, schools write multiple Tests/CAs and exam. Then at the end of the term, all the tests or CAs and exam are summed up to get a student’s total score in each subject. Let’s use mathematics as an example, in a term, some schools conduct two tests or CAs (Test 1 and Test 2) for students, then at the end of the term, the students will write the end-of-term exam. Then the summation of Test 1, Test 2 and Exam will make up each student’s final score in mathematics. and this is how it will be applied to all subjects.

NOTE: Schools have different name for the test. Some use test, some CA, some other nmaes. The system has to customizable. Some schools even conduct more than 2 tests/CAs.

2. I can see you used ‘Semester.’ In primary (Elementry) and Secondary (High) Schools, they use TERM. Can that be changed? I think systems like yours should be easy to customize those term to suite each category of school.

3. Is there provision to make subjects optional or compulsory? If there is, does is it calculate accordingly in the exam records and report card of each student?

Examination & Report Card Currently, in our system the Super Admin manually creates exams (for example, 3 exams in a year = all 3 created separately). At the moment, the system does not automatically merge results from multiple exams/tests into a single final score. However, if you need this feature (e.g., Test 1 + Test 2 + Exam = Final Score), we can provide it through our customization service. Our team will adjust the code so it fits your school’s exact grading style.

Semester vs Term By default, our product uses “Semester”. Yes, this can be changed to “Term” or any wording you prefer. We can customize the code for you so it reflects the terminology your school uses.

Optional & Compulsory Subjects This feature is already available. You can easily set subjects as optional or compulsory, and the system will calculate results and generate report cards accordingly.

Laravel Version – The project is built on Laravel 10 (minimum requirement), and we always recommend using the latest stable version for best performance and security.

School Enrollment System – Yes, the system includes an enrollment/registration process and can handle school enrollments effectively. Currently, our product is primarily designed and optimized for schools, so it covers all the core features needed to manage them smoothly.

For colleges and universities, you can still use the system, but please note that some advanced features specific to higher education (such as course credit systems, department-level structures, electives, etc.) are not included in the current version. Those would require additional customization.

In short, the product is a perfect fit for schools, and with some extra development, it can also be adapted for colleges and universities.

Can we use Cloud Hosting instead?

Thank you for your question. For our eSchool SaaS School Management System, Cloud Hosting (shared hosting) cannot be used. A VPS (Virtual Private Server) is required to ensure smooth performance and proper functionality.

Here’s why VPS hosting is necessary:

Multi-Tenancy Architecture – Each school in the system has its own separate database for security and isolation. A VPS provides the dedicated resources needed to efficiently manage multiple databases.

Real-Time Chat Module – The platform includes a built-in chat feature. VPS ensures real-time communication and stable performance, which shared hosting cannot handle effectively.

Wildcard Subdomains – Every school gets its own subdomain (e.g., schoolname.yourdomain.com). VPS allows us to configure wildcard subdomains and SSL certificates, something that is not possible on shared hosting.

In short, VPS is essential for stability, performance, and scalability of the system.

The documentation is completely unclear. It is very brief, and the steps are not clear at all. I spent an entire day trying to make the offline exam work, but it never shows students for the teacher to upload marks, and I don’t even know how it is supposed to work in the first place since the steps are not explained properly in the documentation.

Let me explain step by step how the Offline Exam process works:

Exam Creation – The School Admin creates the offline exam from the Admin Panel.

Timetable Setup – After creating the exam, the Admin assigns the timetable and exam schedule.

Student Visibility – Once the timetable is set, the students can see the exam details in their app.

Exam Completion – After the offline exam is completed, the teachers can upload student marks either from the Teacher App or from the Teacher Panel.

If the exam is not marked as completed, the system will not allow marks to be uploaded.

Marks Publishing – Once teachers upload the marks, the School Admin can publish them from the Offline Exam panel.

Student Result View – After publishing, students will be able to see their results directly in their app under the Offline Exam section.

I also agree with you that the current documentation is too brief. Based on your feedback, I will update the documentation with more detailed step-by-step instructions and screenshots so that it’s much easier to follow.

The issue is that I don’t know how to mark an exam as completed, it’s in pending state.

Documentation needs step by step instruction for the full software, it doesn’t have any instructions on how to use the software at all.

All it has is admin can do that or this but there is no instructions on how to do it at all for any feature. Please update the docs to include all roles and users instructions on how to use the software including mobile apps. Thank you very much

Hi Team, We purchased eschool SaaS. We finished until launching the installation wizard. However the installation screen is not loading when we hit the domain. It is automatically redirecting to https://<ourdomain>/install and resulting 404 Page not found error.

We noticed a syntax error in the file /config/installer.php which might probably causing this blocker.
