1. Bug: Public reels play fine in the global feed, but on the creator’s profile “Reels” tab they show as locked (padlock + subscribe wall), even though they’re public. They only unlock after subscribing.

2. Dark mode for guests: When admin sets the site to Dark Mode, new visitors (guests) still see Light Mode on first visit. It should either:

• Respect the admin’s global dark mode setting from the very first page load, or

• Auto-detect the visitor’s system preference (prefers-color-scheme) and apply dark/light automatically.

Right now guests always start in light until they register or manually switch.

Hi Miguel, Sponzy is great! Please consider upgrading the frontend from AJAX/jQuery to Vue.js 3 + Vite (progressive SPA).

It would make the site lightning-fast, reduce server load, and feel much smoother.

This single change would easily make Sponzy the fastest script in its category.

Hello Miguel, I have a question that’s been asked before, but it’s something that makes me hesitate before buying: the polls in the posts. All the competitors have this feature; they even added a roulette wheel with prizes that the model displays with a link, for example, a special song. The user pays a certain amount to spin the wheel, and if they’re lucky enough to get the prize with the song, they receive the song via a link. The creator doesn’t have to do any work; it’s like giving a tip or gift, but in the form of a roulette wheel.

It’s simple to do; it’s a popup with the roulette wheel and the prizes. The problem is what’s behind it—the creator has to define, for example, 5 prizes and 5 links for each prize.

I hope the polls are coming soon and that you liked the tip about the lucky roulette wheel.

Good day, Miguel! Is there a verification mechanism for content creators?

A sort of two-tiered approach: During initial registration and activation, don’t require verification with photo ID, selfies, etc., so that any interested content creator can try out the system. And as payments come in and the user makes withdrawals, require them to confirm photo ID, selfies, etc.

If there isn’t one, I’d like to hear your thoughts on whether it’s practical.

For instance Patreon gives 60 days for verification, during which time creator can post content.

When: - Video processing (FFMPEG/Coconut) is disabled in settings. - Video is locked or PPV.

Result: Only grey background with lock icon; no thumbnail.

Hi Miguel, I hope you’re working on some new things. First of all, I wanted to know if you’re going to add the polls and the Pushr streaming service this year!! Since you already use this provider on Sponzy, right? I’ve been studying and Pushr is really the cheapest of all. I was studying Agora.io and I got excited about Agora’s Boudle, but I asked their team and when they told me that the charge is per view, doing the math with an average audience of 50 people, the amount to be paid is too expensive, and I compared it with other services, and of all of them, Pushr is the best.

I don’t know how you’re going to implement Pushr, but as a competitor, when you create a live stream, it gives keys to OBS, which makes it cheaper because the encoding is done by the creator. Agora can continue with video and audio calls as is because we have 10,000 free minutes, which is about 1,000 calls of 10 minutes each, so it’s free.

I hope you’ll listen to this little opinion because I LOVE Sponzy, and I want to buy it, but it has to have these features because they are quite necessary for me.

Another question is about payments. It would be great if you could integrate with Wise for withdrawals, as it accepts multiple currencies and has a very good exchange rate. Furthermore, when it comes to payments, they use spreadsheets for mass payments, which would be a huge integration for the platform. Imagine if we had to transfer 100 withdrawals instead of making payments one by one. We created a spreadsheet with the 100 and the amount to be transferred, and with one click the money is transferred, avoiding hours of work making payments.

Do you have any ideas for polls for the next update? And what about video/audio calls? Before the call begins, the creator can choose how long the call will last? This was an important point because if the creator agrees on a time with the client, they have to go into the settings to change it to the agreed-upon time, which is a bit annoying.
