What is wrong with your admin panel and customer panel on the Demo. Immediately i log in, it cease to be interactive and everything stops working

I have some questions please:
1. Language Menu Change – I can see the 4 sub sections of language text and key values. How can someone add a new key value? Or is that hard-coded only?
2. Payment Setting – can we add pay by Bank Transfer as an option?
3. On Tiny Word Editor I cannot see the option to switch to code view for the text entry box?
4. Email setup – is SMTP Mailer enabled or not?
1. Yes, you have to do hard code.
2. If you can do coding, you can add it.
3. We made it hidden, because some clients copy and paste from other places and layout becomes broken.
4. Yes, you can just change SMTP credential.
