Hi, I noted that after updated MagicAi to V9.6 the chatbot takes almost over 10 seconds to respond to a simple question. I have contacted support but was told that the API that cause the delay in the response. The chatbot response delay over 10 seconds always occurs at all times. I feel all chatbot design on other platforms out there in the market response reasonly around 3-5 seconds. I hope MagicAi team will release an update to make the chatbot response improvement. If anyone who read this comment and experience the same problem, please let me know the fix. Thanks.

We have been Premium members of MagicAI for several months and have now paid over £1,500 in subscription fees, in addition to the original Envato license purchase.
According to the Terms of Service on the MagicAI website (https://magicai.ai/terms-and-conditions) customers can “cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account” and may contact support@magiciai.ai However, both listed addresses (support@magiciai.ai and info@magiciai.ai) appear to be inactive, returning “domain not found” errors.
We were informed that timely, human-to-human support is available only to Premium members. Yet despite multiple tickets, responses often take weeks and most issues remain unresolved.
The Liquid Portal also provides no visible way to cancel or manage billing, which contradicts the published Terms—once subscribed, there seems to be no way out. Support has repeatedly requested full admin or cPanel credentials to a live production system connected to Stripe and user data, which raises significant privacy, security and compliance concerns.
Could the author please clarify for the community:
1. How can customers cancel Premium subscriptions if the stated emails are inactive and no cancellation control exists?
2. What is the correct, active support contact for billing or technical assistance?
3. Why does “Premium Support” take weeks and still fail to resolve basic issues?
4. Why is administrator-level access being requested instead of safe diagnostic alternatives?
5. Why does each update break the app, requiring a restore from backup?
A transparent reply here would help reassure current and future customers.

It is helpful to learn that cancellation must be requested manually and that the correct contact is now info@liquid-themes.com This differs from the published Terms at https://magicai.ai/terms-and-conditions which state cancellation can be done by logging into the account and contacting support@magiciai.ai It would help if this policy and contact address could be updated on the official MagicAI website so customers have an accurate and accessible reference.
What is the difference between the two licenses? If I take a $39 license, can I sell as SaaS and have multiple clients?

Regular License is for single use, you cannot use the script as SAAS using the regular license. With extended license, all the features are enabled. You can also use the script as SAAS.

However, the current public documentation is incomplete and a significant blocker for most users. It fails to detail critical, external configuration steps required for full functionality, specifically:
Screencast Creation for Facebook & TikTok app approval.
Required Roles and Permissions setup within the respective platforms (Facebook/TikTok).
This lack of guidance is preventing the majority of users from completing the setup. Given that it has been more than four business days with no response or support, we request immediate attention to this issue.
