PhonePe v2 works on the website, but not the app. I contacted the PhonePe team today, and they confirmed that my website URL, app URL, and package ID are already whitelisted.
PhonePe requires the package ID for security reasons. It is necessary to have your package ID whitelisted in order to run PhonePe in your app. Please contact PhonePe customer support and confirm whether your package ID has been whitelisted.

PhonePe v2 payments are not functioning within the app. When attempting payment, the screen only displays “Initiating Payment…” while the v2 payment method works correctly on the website.

This product is useless in its current state due to multiple critical issues that remain unfixed despite being reported earlier. Without a properly functioning payment gateway and OTP system, it cannot be used for a live business.
Here are the major unresolved issues: Recapcha not working Verification not working Search option not working
1. PhonePe Payment Gateway UPI apps are missing in the Flutter app. PhonePe confirmed SDK integration is required, but it’s still not implemented.
2. Instamojo Payment Gateway Causes a 500 error on the website and does not appear at all in the Flutter app.
3. OTP Verification & SMS OTP fails in the app with “Content Template ID is invalid,” breaking the Reset Password feature.
Without these basic functionalities working, this product is not usable. I need these issues fixed ASAP. If not resolved soon, I will have no choice but to look for an alternative solution.

I purchased the Active Matrimonial CMS + Flutter Android App, but the Android app has not worked properly from the beginning. I am facing the following issues:
Logo Issue – The logo does not appear on the login/signup page even though it is uploaded correctly.
Google reCAPTCHA Issue – It works, but it is not displayed properly in the UI (not fitting/showing correctly).
Gradle Build Warnings – During APK build, continuous Gradle/Kotlin warnings appear, making the app deployment unstable.
I have already raised 3–4 support tickets over the last 30–40 days (latest ticket #2823), but these issues still remain unresolved. These problems have been present since the beginning, yet no proper fix has been provided.
Because of this, my time and money are being wasted. This product currently suffers from unresolved issues and poor support, and I strongly request the team to provide proper bug fixes/patches so that the app can run smoothly as expected.

Also, the search page takes too long to load, there is no pagination, and the app starts crashing one day and After payment completion, the app shows a white screen when I click back. I’ve mentioned this issue multiple times, but it seems it’s not being addressed.
There is no “recently joined members” screen in the app. Can I send you a UI template to demonstrate the typical screen layout and features of a matrimonial app, so you can see how many screens are in a complete app? Also, some fields are missing from the “who viewed profile” section. It’s been two years, and we still don’t have a complete app.

BUGS LIST IN APP
1) When I upgrade a package and attempt payment via PhonePe, but i cancel the payment request, the package upgrades automatically, and I can see the transaction in the admin Package Payment List and package purchase history my package upgraded. how automaticaly upgraded package without payment.
2) Same issue with wallet recharge i decline payment and click back on screen then automatically recharge my wallet.
3) After payment complete, when click back, app screen going blank white screen they are not redirect to account screen i already tell many time this problem from last year.
4) If I log in to the app and deactivate my account, then close the app, reopen it, and check the status, it shows as reactivate. However, if I log out of the app and then log back in, the reactivated status is not shown. It still shows as deactivate. In the admin panel, the account is already deactivated.

I purchased the Active Matrimonial Flutter App on 21st Feb 2025 expecting it to be ready to use instantly — that’s the only reason I chose this product. But when I tried to set up the payment gateway, it had a bug. I tried another gateway, and that also had a bug.
I have reported these issues multiple times, yet after 7 long months neither of the two main payment gateways (Instamojo & PhonePe) are working in the app. Because of this, I could not go live.
We already lost 7 critical months of our time, effort, and money. It is extremely painful and feels like everything is in vain. Is it my mistake to trust you? When you are selling a product, it should be in working condition. If issues exist, they should be fixed quickly — otherwise what is the use?
Please take this seriously. These are not minor issues — they are core features. Without working payment gateways, the app cannot be used at all. I am posting this so that other users also know the reality before deciding whether to purchase.
