This CRM looks good and I am interested in it. I would like to confirm a few points:
Can I add a product serial number (S.R.)?
Can a product be assigned to an employee using an employee code?
Is it possible to create support tickets against a specific serial number?
Can you share a complete SaaS demo that includes CRM, inventory management, and ticketing?

Hi, I see that there is the option to add custom fields… I really need to add Custom Fields under Categories, also can I choose few categories for one project? Sometimes for one project will need to have few sub-categories, right now is only letting me choose one. How can I select few categories?

I have 2 questions about your product:
1 For several weeks, I have been testing the demo version on different computers using different Internet networks, and each time everything loads very slowly, even though the demo does not contain much information and is hardly filled with any data.
Is the problem with the demo version or the server on which it is installed? Will it be the same after installation on my own hosting?
2 I have been interested in your product for some time now, and you keep adding new modules (e.g. Human Resource, POS, Inventory), which some people definitely do not need and will not use, and the script is becoming less of a project management system and more of an all-in-one monster with many options which will not be needed at all for many users. My questions are as follows:
a) Is there now any option to disable unwanted / unused modules – e.g. so that they do not even display in the menu not to mention the fact that it makes the whole system run slower?
b) Are you planning any solution that would allow users to select the elements they want to have in their system during installation (or later in the options) so that the system is not overloaded and does not include modules that will definitely not be used an only slow down its operation?

1. The slow loading you experienced is due to our demo server environment, not the product itself. Our demos run on a shared server with many visitors at the same time, which causes heavy traffic and makes it slower than usual. Once the system is installed on your own hosting or VPS, performance will depend on your server resources, and it will run much faster under normal conditions.
2. The new modules we released, such as Human Resource, POS, Inventory, and Support, are optional add-ons. They are not installed by default, so only users who need them can install them by following the documentation. If someone installs them but later decides not to use them, these modules can be disabled easily from the Super Admin settings, and once disabled, they will not appear in the menu or slow down the system.

Currently, there are two addons available. You will get it with the main product file. You need to install it separately by following our documentation if you want to use the feature. As for the saas feature it can only be accessible by the extended license user.

In the login page of the demo, you will find some buttons based on user role. Click them and the user credentials will be added in the login form, then click on login button to login as that user you select.

currently there is no Saas packages settings in each saas package super admin should select which models and features the plan subscriber will benefit from.
for now packages has no differences expect the pricing diffirence

1. The SAAS landing page is not available. If you want this, you can customize it. Currently, customers can buy the SAAS packages from their agency panel.
2. KanBan layout is already available for the task module, but for the milestone is not available yet.
3. It is in our future plan. For now, the price can be increased/decreased based on time.
