good evening dear developer i noticed some big issue in script during testing your demo 1. there is no transfer to other banks, with this the app cant send money out which is not okay enough 2. number normalization is bad assuming my i already have an account with +2348012345678 and i tried to login with +23408012345678 the system sees it as new number and demand to create another account with that number with is a very worst senerio 3. there is no room for admin to request for kyc detail he wish except for the pre-built kyc details you put please look into these and i believe it will increase your sales on this platform

During testing your platform, I discovered that your script is very good, but it lacks many features for a complete wallet recommended for the market.
1. I ask that you add features so that customers or agents who don’t have smartphones to install the user or agent app can use the platform through USSD services, for example, *500# for users, *600# for agents. After entering this code, users should have options to perform their transactions.
2. I ask that you add features to charge commissions based on the amount of money: for example: if a user withdraws an amount ranging from zero to 100 from the agent, the commission cost should be 4, meaning the user will spend 104, of which 2 go to the website admin and 2 to the agent’s commission.
If the user withdraws 1000, the commission cost should be 8, of which 4 go to the website admin and 4 to the agent.
This is very helpful because commission charges based on percentages are often very expensive for users. Therefore, it is up to the website admin to decide whether to use a percentage-based commission or a percentage-based commission.

SUGGESTION:
1. The list of all countries should be in the website’s admin area so that the website owner can activate only the countries they intend to operate in.
2. If the site owner activates a single country in the admin area, such as MOZAMBIQUE, the script should only work for Mozambique. And if a user is using the platform and making transactions, whether withdrawals or transfers, it should not be necessary to select the country code; the country should be selected automatically, leaving only the phone number to complete the transaction. This is because the script was activated for only one API, and the country should be selected automatically.
3. If the site owner activates two countries in the admin area, such as MOZAMBIQUE & SOUTH AFRICA, the script should only work for those activated countries. This means that if a user wants to make a transaction, in the section where the user must select the country code, only two country codes should be available for the countries activated in the site’s admin area.
In this case, the user will only see country codes for two countries: MOZAMBIQUE & SOUTH AFRICA. The user will then select an option, enter the number, and complete the transaction.
4. After testing your demo and your script’s mobile apps, I tested exporting transactions as a PDF. The functionality is good, but the time of the transactions is missing.
