I recently purchased your product ZippyGo Taxi Booking Solution from CodeCanyon, and I’m currently working on setting it up.
I’m facing an issue with the admin panel / backend setup. I couldn’t find the route or the section where I should enter the purchase code (license key). Also, the system is asking for a phone number during the setup, and I’m not sure what this number is required for or how it relates to the license activation.
Could you please guide me on:
- Where exactly to enter the purchase code?
- What is the purpose of the phone number requested during setup?
- How to properly access and configure the backend (admin panel) without activation issues?
I am currently trying to run the system for development/testing purposes, so I would appreciate any clear steps or documentation that can help me complete the setup successfully.

Is there an option to configure pricing city-wise? For example: Auto – Tirupati: Base fare ₹20, ₹5 per km Auto – Hyderabad: Base fare ₹25, ₹6 per km
Similarly, can separate pricing be set for auto, bike, and car for each city?
If we operate in multiple locations and a user opens the app in a non-service area, will the app display a message such as “We are currently not serving in this location. We will be coming soon? Also, is it possible to enable or disable services for specific cities?

There is no select zone and change the currency for each zone if there is any updates and if there is WhatsApp otp and I have this issues with web socket in the app installation to realtime configuration

New update put 1. Offer option should be included even in other categories like taxi and parcel delivery currently only in bike. 2. Later Bookings should be stored even if no riders currently, those who might have been offline can login, check and accept at any time 3. Under parcel trucks Booking you can put option for bidding

Since January, they’ve been saying we’ll update soon, but nothing. I think they just create code and don’t maintain or update it. Buying it would be a waste of time.
