There is a “Global View Role” authorization issue: the staff have “Global View, Edit, Create, Delete” rights, but they do not see data entered by other users.

Hi, pre-sale question. Is it possible to add consumable management to this? If yes it would be absolutely for our use case. Consumables meaning a predefined items with a certain stock that are not individually tracked but can still be signed out to a project and also checked back into the stock. We would also pay for this to be developed and added. Thanks so much, Ben

Great question, and thank you for the detailed use case. Consumable management is not available in the current version, but it is a strong fit for the product and we’re planning to add it in upcoming releases.

Is it possible a client to see (optional by the admins) the appreciation figure on the dashboard. At the moment it is just a static information? The same question relates for the project – if an asset is allocated to a project and when a user sees it from his panel to have option to view the growth.

Hi, pre-sales questions. 1) Can I modify/reorganize the columns shown on the Global Assets table? as it is too wide. 2) Can I modify the info on the QR, I don´t want anyone to know the suplier or purchase date, as it is private information of the company. Thanks!

Global Assets table Yes, we can reorganize the columns exactly how you prefer. We can hide fields, change the order, adjust widths, and even set role-based presets if needed.

QR information Yes, the QR content can be customized. We can exclude supplier and purchase date and keep it to just the fields you want, for example only the asset code or a short lookup URL. If you’d like, we can also make the QR resolve to a minimal view that hides any private data.

This module is the best out there. It’s a shame it doesn’t cover the need to manage large quantities of the same item. Registering items individually is a hassle when the variation is just a code and everything else is the same.

Another point is that it lacks a way to duplicate the item to avoid rework.

You are right that managing large quantities of identical items is not available at the moment, as the module treats each asset as an individual record. We’re exploring a clean way to support batch creation and quantity-based handling, and your use case is exactly the type of input that helps us design it well.

Duplicating items is a great suggestion. We’ve added a Duplicate action to our roadmap so you can clone an item and avoid re-entering the same data. We’ll include it in an upcoming update and note it in the changelog.

Is it possible with the current build to track multiple assets on map or is it only 1 asset at a time? If multiple assets can be seen, could they be filtered per tags or by assigned user?

Thanks for checking in and for considering the product. In the current release, the map shows all registered assets without tag- or manager-level filters. The quickest way to see how it behaves is to open the live demo, switch to the Map view, and explore a few properties.

We do have filtering on the roadmap, so customer feedback like yours helps us set priorities. If tag or manager filtering is a must-have for your project, feel free to let us know—either we can move it up in the next update cycle or discuss a custom add-on.

I recently purchased this plugin, and I’ve observed excessive delays after clicking on a created asset. Your demo site exhibits the same problem; I initially attributed it to your hosting, but it also happens at my end. This suggests the plugin is overly demanding of server resources. Could you please check this?

Regarding your first question, we’re not entirely sure what you mean, as AssetCentral does not offer campaigns. If you could elaborate further, we’d be happy to clarify.

As for your second question, at this moment, there is no inventory feature available for tracking the quantity of assets within AssetCentral.

Hello, if you refer to the SaaS module for perfex CRM then yes this module will work with multi-tenants. Yes, it can be translated into other languages by you or us for a small fee. Thank you.

Quick Question before purchase[Have checked the demo couldnt find these options] 1.Can customer return the asset fully and partially from customer portal or can the same be done from admin portal 2.Also for the assets I can see purchase price, but rental price is not visible; so how to invoice for the assets rented for project or customer.

Hello, right now we have only the option to revocate asset fully directly from admin (Single Asset Page). We don’t support rental functionality on this product at the moment, but asset supports custom fields so you can put rental price as custom field on asset page but this will be only informational data and it won’t have any functionality. hi :) i can assign assets to a customer. example notebook. unfortunately not to the contact to this customer. but that would be important with 30/40 notebooks/smartphones.

how long would you need to implement this or did i just not see it in the demo.
