These are the day one, step one, experience/bugs that i faced with this app (i also opened a ticket, but as I’m not getting as fast support/fixes as expected, I’m sharing it here for now. will wait a little before i share it as a review, hoping to get some fixes and updates as this app has potentials) just to be clear, these are not ALL the bugs, but these are just the ones that i faced right after i installed the web and app and did a first-day test (with disabling so many parts of the apps in order to let me build the app. things like majority of the paygates, markdown, social logins, etc… as they are all using old libraries and packages that some are outdated and deprecated and no longer supported) – the app has a great potential, only if it works (so i’m literally between giving a 5-start or 1-star. nothing in between)
1. when a user registers, the verification email that contains the code is sent 3 times to their email address instead of one time.
2. the default email template has [[message]] in it but it doesn’t contain the message of those email templates. for example, when the user registers, although the email template for the verification code has [[code]] in it, and the default email template has the Hello [[name]] [[message]] in it, the email that the user recevies only contains the Hello username part, and not the message/code. but if i direcrly use the [[code]] inside the default template, then it will send. but that doesn’t make sense.
3. i’ve fully set up the Twilio for SMS. but when email is verfieid, it tries to verify the phone number, but it toasts “Sending Failed” and the user never receives the sms code. when i try to Resend Code, again it shows an error telling “Sending Failed” and so that user gets stuck in that step. (the twilio account is fine and is working just fine anywhere else. so the account has no issue. the issue is with the app)
4. when i delete a user from the admin panel, it doesn’t delete it from the database, as a result, when i’m creating test users, and delete them from the admin panel, it won’t let me re-regsiter them as their info is still in the database, and i have to manually delete them to let me use the same info later.
5. when i edit the sms template, it works fine. but when i edit another sms template, it reverts everything to the default. for example i enabled and edite the sms template for verirication code, and then enabled and edited the template for two step, and then i noticed the sms template for the verification code is back to its default value and not enabled.
6. when i try to enable social logins, it just randomly saves some info in the admin panel, and i can’t configued my owns. then when in the app when i try to login/register with google, it does all the process but then in the end it goes back to the page where there is the google button. basically doesn’t work.
7. i’ve set all the basic controls (like logo, name, color, currency, etc in the admin panel. but nothing is applied to the app. so the app is basically ignoring all those things and i have to manually find everything and update them. )
8. there are so many bugs with lots of paygates, in a way that i had to comment them all except the Stripe that i use, in order to be able to build the app. I had to also comment the facebook and twitter login and only keep google login to let me build without an issue (and that google also doesn’t work as i said)
9. the user can’t subscribe the Free subscription in the app. it shows this error in the console: Failed to accuire free subscription plan —-—-> type ‘_Map<string dynamic=””>’ is not a subtype of type ‘String?’
10. a user subsribed to a paid plan using Bank Transfer, and i had to option to do any Action in the list of subscriptions in the admin. then i edited the user and went to payments tab and edited that payment and approved it. but still it is Pending. it doesn’t approve
11. i had “stwo step enabled” email template enabled, but although i’ve set up two step in the app, but it didn’t send the email.
12. i’ve set up and configed push notifications and pusher, both. but i don’t get any notifications or push notifications in the app. i don’t get it in my browser either aplthouhg i allowed push noticiations after i configured it in the setting.
13. hwo the KYC works? i have 3 enabled, but the user isn’t asked to provide those info, and i have no option to ask the user to provide those.
14. i added balance to a user (both for pre-paid and subscription) but when i tried to subscribe from the app, it just showed the paygates and it didn’t let me use my balance/credit.
15. i trid to subscribe to a Pre-Paid using Stripe, but didn’t work. when iclicked, it tried to show something for a second but then nothing happened. then i tried the same for subscription, and it went to stripe. so it worked somehow there.</string>
16. i generated an itinary and saved/bookmarked it. although i now see it in the bookmark/favorit tab, but in the first page of the app in the recent itinaies it doesn’t show up. also i checked the upcoming itinaries and its not even there. so the only place i can find it is in the bookmark/saved tab.
17. in the bookmark/saved tab, the itinary shows a random image and it always changes when i reload the page. and that image isn’t the same image that shows up when you open the itinary. and even worse, the image has nothing to do with the itinary, for example i generated an itinary for Vancouver in canada, and the image is the eifile tower in paris. totally unrelated and misleading.

hi, since today, i am recieving a message at top of the screen that says:
“You are currently limited in terms of word count. Consider upgrading your plan for increased capacity.”
i have tried to check the api usage but there is no data. i have also tried to change the api key from a diffrent google account, but i still get the same message. please help. thanks.
Increase the max token limit from Admin > Control panel > Open Ai
i am talking about google gemini api, its already set to 5000. but i have created a javascript code with the same max token and its working. what could be the problem? do i need to clear cache somehow (after changing) in the app? backend?

No, users can’t. Only the admin has the authority to manage API keys.
Hi, I am interested in purchasing your script. I would like to know the following before invest. 1. Can this script have a website front end for user to use as the function as the as the app version. This is important for me because I want this option if people don’t download the app. It is not easy to convince people to download the app nowadays. 2. Within the admin panel, can I add destinations/cities/countries information and if when user plan their trip using the built-in ai, can your script display the relate destinations that people input within their itinerary. 3. Can I use other LLMs i.e. llama for example? What APIs does your app support?.
Unfortunately, the app currently only supports Gemini and OpenAI APIs, so other LLMs like Llama are not supported at this time.

If i want to use it as a food journey app, can i?
Instead of hotel, the user describes how he feel, what food they want and ai will suggest where and what to eat, for breakfast or lunch or dinner or even the complete suggestions list for all 3 meal. Means in the admin panel, we will provide the ai with the food store list, the menu they serve and the food characteristics and recommendations.
Is this doable currently without any customisation?
Actually, according to your needs, there are many changes needs. Needs to make huge changes to the code. You need to make a full new app from this.

I already check the app, api not working, so the app is not usable, hence impossible to imagine how it work
The app is fine, but no itinerary can be created because the API limit has been exhausted for the demo plan.
