We tried to access the support portal at https://wowonderapplications.ticksy.com/ , but it requires a valid purchase code to create a ticket. Since we have not yet purchased the product, we are unable to register there.
As mentioned earlier, we are requesting access to the test version of the “WoWonder Mobile – The Ultimate Combined Messenger & Timeline Mobile Application”, so we can evaluate its features and performance before proceeding with a full purchase.
Alternatively, if a test version is not available, could you please confirm that both the Timeline and Messenger sides of the combined app are fully functional and integrated in the current version?

I am writing to kindly follow up regarding the WoWonder Mobile – The Ultimate Combined Messenger & Timeline Mobile Application, which I purchased from CodeCanyon.
As per the latest requirements from the Google Play Console, all Android applications must now target API Level 35/36. Almost all developers have already updated their apps to comply with these new standards. However, it appears that your mobile application has not yet been updated to meet these guidelines.
This has become a major concern for me and many other developers who rely on your product. We are currently in October 2025, and we’ve been waiting for this update for quite some time — in my case, since April 2025.
We would greatly appreciate it if you could kindly let us know:
When the updated version (supporting API 35/36) will be released?
If a new source code has already been developed, is it possible to provide early access or a beta release?
Many customers, including myself, are currently unable to submit app updates to the Play Store due to API version requirements, which is affecting our workflow and user base.
