I’m extremely disappointed with the ongoing lack of support. After paying $300 for six months of support, I’ve been waiting over two weeks without receiving any meaningful response to my ticket.
It’s frustrating to constantly have to remind you and witness the same unprofessional behavior over and over again. Even according to Envato’s official policy, support inquiries must be answered within 5 business days — if you’re unable to meet this standard, please issue me a refund for the support plan, as I’m no longer interested in continuing under these conditions.
I strongly suggest reviewing your support process and the people responsible for customer assistance, because this situation reflects very poorly on your company. Paying customers deserve timely and professional responses, not long delays and silence.
I hope this matter is handled seriously and resolved promptly.
Hello! Your tickets don’t concern the Flangapp script, but rather Google Play and the App Store. If your clients are having trouble uploading their app to the app store, it means their app settings are incorrect. We recommend creating your own Google Play and App Store accounts, creating your own app, and publishing it as a client. This way, you’ll be able to handle the entire app publishing process yourself and effectively support your clients as part of your technical support. The current instructions for publishing an app are currently under development; we’ll present them to the community in November.
As your updates are giving me the bug, so i am planing to reinstall the code to a fresh one, but while reinstalling when i am visiting mydomain.com/install/step/1 it shows 404 error, Also i will not be able to raise the ticket due to support expiry, so let me know how to resolve the error, and i am also switching the server to i need my license to be reset.

Do not buy this product — the author is a scammer. The script does not work properly. Even if the author fixes it for you, after 2–3 months it will stop working again, just so they can force you to renew their expensive support. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this product at any cost. I also request all buyers to raise this concern with the Envato team. Earlier, I had no plan to take action, but today I decided to move forward — I’ve recorded all the video proof and will share it with Envato.

If someone asks me if I buy this product, I will say no. Go as far away from this product and its author as possible. You will need to update the system one of these days, and the 6 months of support will have passed. They will ask you to buy a new support period (go see how much it costs) and this even if they expressly updated the system and they do not explain in the documentation of the update all the steps that it is necessary to follow. This is done on purpose in order to contact them for support. This is my personal experience and this is in no way an incentive.

Let’s assume I want to purchase a support subscription — what exactly do you provide?
What is your guaranteed response time?
For critical (SOS) issues, do you deliver immediate fixes, or are customers forced to wait for a general system update?
If I am not satisfied with the support, is there a clear option to cancel the subscription and receive a refund?
Do you have a clear roadmap where customers can request new features and follow progress on upcoming updates? In practice, there have been no meaningful updates for three years, only minor fixes.
What about the issue with Google Login via WebView — will you address it under the support subscription?
What about the API 34 problem with Google Play — customers are already stuck because API 35 is required. Will you fix this immediately under support?
Is it possible to receive an additional license dedicated to testing and QA (as you committed in the past), or am I required to purchase a full extra license just to run local installations and verify stability after updates?
As I have said many times before — I am willing to pay. The real question is: will I actually get proper solutions and real service, or just another attempt to avoid responsibility while charging for it?

I really don’t understand why you are denying the issue.
In the screenshot below, you can clearly see the exact same problem happening on your own server, which suddenly affected me and other customers as well: https://ctrlv.link/iT8eInstead of taking responsibility, you are asking customers to pay for support on issues that clearly come from your side. How can this be considered fair support? Especially when your representative did not respond to messages for over 8 months.
This situation is extremely frustrating. As I mentioned before, I am more than willing to pay for proper support — but only for a product that works as promised and for a responsive, professional team.
If this continues, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter to Envato, this time with all the evidence I have collected showing repeated problems and misleading responses.
This is a final opportunity to resolve this issue in good faith. I do not agree to pay for problems caused by your own system, and I will not accept what feels like unfair treatment towards customers.

It fails in exactly the same way it suddenly stopped working for me, with the same error messages in the code.
And yet your response is simply: “we checked the code and everything works.”
