I bought your script three years ago and since then it has never functioned at 100%. Every update introduces new errors, and I still can’t get it fully working.
Frankly, if I had really earned a lot of money from your product—contrary to what you imply—I wouldn’t be contacting you now. Your “support” is the worst I’ve ever experienced, and it feels like a dirty scheme designed solely to force customers into buying expensive “subscription support” that delivers nothing of value.
We have clear proof that you withhold crucial installation steps and deliberately introduce bugs at key configuration points, just so people end up paying you for support tickets that solve nothing.
Please stop instructing customers to “open a ticket” instead of simply telling them to check the ✔ on the GitHub workflow—this blatant opacity and bad faith is unacceptable.
This is by far the most unscrupulous developer behavior I’ve ever seen. Because of your ongoing deception, the script itself is a mess, and the public reviews back up everything I’m saying.
After three years and substantial expenses, this ends now: I intend to pursue legal action, and I will involve Envato as well.
And please do not offer any further “help” or beg me to withdraw this complaint to Envato, as you have done in the past.

Buying support is not the problem — the problem is your script. According to Envato’s policy, the script must work by default as described in the documentation. An author cannot force buyers to purchase support, directly or indirectly.
However, your script does not work by default because there are required settings that are not mentioned in the documentation. Every time I do a fresh install or migrate the server, the script requires your paid support to function properly. This is not in line with Envato’s policy.

If you are installing the script for the first time, as a new one, you do not need to install updates. Since update 2.9, the archive contains the most current build. You need to reset the license key if you previously installed it on another server.
