Buying support is not the problem — the problem is your script. According to Envato’s policy, the script must work by default as described in the documentation. An author cannot force buyers to purchase support, directly or indirectly.

However, your script does not work by default because there are required settings that are not mentioned in the documentation. Every time I do a fresh install or migrate the server, the script requires your paid support to function properly. This is not in line with Envato’s policy.

The changes are described in external documents (Apple, Google, CodeMagic, Firebase, etc.). Reading and studying them yourself is your task, if you do not want to do this, but just want to give access to your server so that we can configure it for new changes, then you need to have active tech support. 2. You replied to the ticket that was 3 days old. I have since sent a new one, but its not showing in the dashboard. After creating and submitting the ticket, its not giving a ticket number nor showing up in the dashboard.I believe your support portal is having an issue.
