It is possible to modify the settings to display either only the phone contacts of users or all contacts that are logged into WhoXa Chat via the admin panel in the settings.
Your package includes whoxa_backend.zip, whoxa_frontend.zip and whoxa_web_admin.zip. The provided installation document only references what to do with whoxa_backend.zip. What are the other two zip files for? I think your documentation needs to be updated as you do not indicate anywhere what these are for or their function.
If any changes are required in the frontend or admin panel, you may proceed with them and generate the live build.
Perhaps you should add a paragraph in your documentation explaining what each zip is used for. It will avoid confusion as the file names suggest that the project is divided into three parts, when in fact everything is located in the backend folder. Thanks for the quick response!
This project is not divided into three separate installations.
Once you set up the backend ZIP, the remaining components are automatically configured as part of the system.
However, the frontend is developed using React, and if you plan to make any custom changes or additional modifications, source code access is required.
For this reason, we provide the complete React source code to buyers for customization purposes.

We used demo server just for testing for our buyers so if you use good VPS server then don’t facing issue for speed

I see AI mentioned in the features, but I can’t find it in the admin menu or demo. Are there really AI responses? Because honestly, in this day and age, any platform must leverage AI.
- Does this allow business users to have their own page, list their products, and maybe even use an auto responder?
- Does it support African SMS gateways like Termii?
- Does it have Channels?
- Does it include Wasabi/S3 storage for users?
- And lastly, does it have local backup options?

If you’re looking for a business chat app, we do have a separate product for that (not listed here). You can connect with us directly for more details. 2. SMS Gateway: Currently, we support Msg91 and Twilio. If you need an African SMS gateway, we can integrate it upon request. 3. Channels Feature: The script doesn’t include channel functionality by default, but we can add it as custom development. 4. S3 Bucket: Yes, we can integrate Amazon S3 for media storage.
