Hello, am on the verge of tears here but I can’t see what the issue is. No matter what I do, the cost of the reservations is coming in as 0. I checked the ‘Show Cost Details Option’ and I can see that the there is a negative ‘Additional Cost’ being applied to the value of the Total. I don’t know why this is happening. Have uninstalled and re-=installed and deactivated all plugins and it’s still happening

hello, is it possible to mark an individual slots as ‘sold out’ before all the slots have been sold. We have a situation where there are 3 slots available at a certain time and we want to mark that slot as closed or sold out even though there are spaces left

In ARB, the “sold out” or “fully booked” status for a time slot is handled automatically based on your availability and capacity settings . However, if you’d like to manually mark a particular slot as unavailable before all its spaces are filled, you can do that in one of these ways:

Block that specific date/time in availability rules.
In the booking product settings, under Availability → Specific dates or time ranges, you can mark a particular slot or date as not available. This will immediately hide or disable it on the booking calendar. -
Apply customized codes correctly to ARB (not recommended).
If you need to keep the specific slot as available in the settings, but want ARB to treat it as full/sold out, you need to customize the core file(s) of the ARB booking plugin.

Translating the platform
- Yes — ARB is translation-ready. The feature summary states a POT file is included and it is WPML-compatible. That makes full translation/localization feasible.

Practical approach is to use ARB to sell and schedule course access and deliver the actual stream using a dedicated streaming platform:

Hi, I’d like to set up my restaurant’s reservation system. I have 2 tables for 2, 7 tables for 4, 5 tables for 6, and 2 VIP tables for 10. Customers can book and pay a minimum of €10 per person using Stripe during three time slots: 5 PM to 6:30 PM, 6:30 PM to 8 PM, and 8 PM to 10:30 PM. I also need backend admin access for bookings.
Is it possible for you to show me a working demo of both the frontend and backend via a link? I tried your backend but couldn’t see the frontend after configuration. Furthermore, everything deleted after a few minutes, preventing me from running simulations.
Please help me get a persistent example where I can log in and test everything. Thank you.

I would like there to be an option for a vacant period between each booking/order, rather than having bookable time slots(e.g. If I have booking from 2pm -6pm I don’t want people to be able to book from 6pm due to cleaning etc. I would need that time slot vacant for an hour.) Would this be possible? – - I also have the google calendar add on but would like to have more order details synced such as there name and other order values.

The customers need to pay the full amount to make a booking. However, if the admin wants, he/she can use ‘Requires admin confirmation’ feature (live demo) to get a booking without any payment, then ask the customer for a deposit to confirm the booking.

When your booking form configuration allows for multiple bookings on the same day and time, it is possible to make multiple booking on the same day and time. For example, if your configuration allows 50 people to book tickets for a concert at 3:00 PM on a given day, users will be able to book tickets for the concert in the same time slot (3:00 PM on a given day), until all 50 tickets are sold.
So what you considered an issue is not an issue actually. The way the booking form should work depends on how its settings are configured. The ARB booking plugin is flexible and can be configured in many ways.

Greetings, I have a hostel and a camper area.
I have 3 needs: 1) sell 10 daily beds with various price ranges (I don’t need them rooms)
2) I have 5 daily camper sites to see.
