Do you have plans to enhance the visual presentation and functional depth of the coupon system? At the moment, the current layout and capabilities feel significantly limited — essentially offering only a basic “Get This Perk” action.
For reference, platforms such as the one used on Groupon
demonstrate a much more modern and interactive approach, including:
richer UI layouts, dynamic states, detailed redemption flows, fine-grained usage conditions, tiered discounts, embedded media, and integrated merchant information.
Are you planning a next-generation upgrade that aligns with today’s UX standards and consumer expectations?
Understanding your roadmap is important to evaluate whether the platform can deliver enterprise-grade engagement and remain competitive in markets where user experience is a key conversion driver.
To ensure broader market compatibility — especially in regions where not every merchant operates a web shop — I recommend implementing an offline-capable coupon redemption framework. The solution should support both download-based and QR-driven verification flows.
1. Download-Based Coupon Redemption Enable users to download a coupon (PDF/PNG) containing a unique identifier. The customer presents this coupon directly in the physical store, where the staff can manually validate it. This model aligns well with markets where e-commerce penetration is limited.
2. QR-Code Verification Flow Each coupon should generate a QR code that embeds a secure token (ID + timestamp + signature). When scanned at the point of sale, the backend should execute a “verify + mark as used” process. This capability provides: – Transparent tracking of redeemed coupons – Real-time analytics and reporting – Fraud prevention and controlled usage
Objective Deliver an offline-capable redemption mechanism that gives merchants clear visibility into coupon usage while allowing customers to redeem offers without requiring an online checkout.
Hello, I’m very interested in purchasing this script, but before I do, I have a few questions:
On the demo site, there seems to be an error. When clicking on a deal, the following message appears in the header: Warning: Attempt to read property “geoplugin_countryName” on null in /home/u890320192/domains/wicombit.com/public_html/demos/gadgetza/functions.php on line 2184 Could you please confirm if this issue has been fixed in the actual script, or if it only appears in the demo version?
I’d also like to know how the system works with subscriptions:
When a customer purchases a subscription, can they customize their own page (logo, colors, etc.)?
Can each customer decide what content is displayed on their site?
Is a subdomain automatically created for each customer, or how does this part work?
Thank you in advance for your reply!
Best regards, Pavel
I want to buy but worry about the comments because after purchase there is no refund.

hello, is this working correct or have bugs?
As directed in your script’s documentation, I attempted to email you with a support request. and I received this twice: Message not delivered Your message couldn’t be delivered to support@wicombit.com because the remote server is misconfigured. See technical details below for more information.
When I attempt to login using the credentials from the documentation. User: admin@admin.com Password: 123456 it gives me this error:
Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to a member function prepare() on bool in /home/mergatro/public_html/admin/controller/login.php:42 Stack trace: #0 {main} thrown in /home4/mergatro/public_html/admin/controller/login.php on line 42
Hello?
Hello Wicombit, first of all I love your script and it really look nice from the demo. I have some pre-sale question;
If I buy the script will I get free installation
Does the script has good SEO optimization and work well without any errors
SUGGESTIONS: Can you integrate multiple currency in the next update when users change country the currency will also change
If you like to waste your money! buy this script. Bugs end to end, Useless support if they respond to you if you’re lucky.
why are you not responding my emails or comments?, are you suggesting a refund request?
Your installation guide is wrong, ‘host’ => ‘localhost’, this has to be localhost and your guide is missing it, and I have installed some bugs can you please get back to me asap, i already emailed you. and www.yoursite.com/admin this does not come up based on my domain all it gives is mydomain then / error
and error in the admin not just for me for many buyers,
Deprecated: htmlspecialchars(): Passing null to parameter #1 ($string) of type string is deprecated in /home/xxxxxxxxhiddenxxxxxx/public_html/functions.php on line 100
if you can’t provide proper installation guide then dont sell it.
i want a clean script if you can’t provide then this will have to be a refund, and please dont ask for my server login.
I Raised a ticket please response me as soon as possible thanks
I also get this error when i try to register the user, in the sign-up page
