I also want to highlight that I personally find this project very interesting. As I have just acquired it, I have been running some tests and would like to share a few recommendations:
It would be excellent if the user mobile app could include special modules for the delivery team. Currently, when trying to log in via the browser, certain actions—like viewing requests—are marked as “access denied.” For delivery users, it would be much more reliable to have these features directly within the app rather than using the browser interface.
Implementing this would be a significant improvement. If creating a separate app is not feasible, it would be great to consider enabling these modules within the existing mobile app for the delivery team.

On the web, we don’t have any dedicated module for riders, as all rider actions are performed only through the rider app. Could you please explain more clearly what exactly you are suggesting so that we can take the next steps accordingly?
