Hi! I have a small suggestion for the chat.
Would it be possible to add a feature that automatically sends a welcome message to new users right after they register or log in for the first time? I mean a message that appears directly in their messages tab, something like: “Welcome to the chat! Glad to have you here ”.
Additionally, it could occasionally send automatic messages, like suggestions for interesting groups, chat features or updates. This would make users feel like something is happening and help keep them engaged.
What do you think?

Hello team there is a possibility, for example, some configuration that is paid, either when creating a group that when inserting or sharing a video for example from you tube that in the player the you tube link disappears, that the player hides that video comes from you tube, this in order that the users who paid to enter the group do not leave our group platform chat. For example, if I want to share a movie within a group, that movie is not seen

i have one more question about GrupoChat,Extended License, I’d like to confirm a few technical details.
My hosting setup will be:
Hosting: Hostinger VPS (KVM 2)
Specs: 2 vCPU cores, 8 GB RAM, 100 GB NVMe, 8 TB bandwidth
Operating System: Ubuntu 22.04 (Plain OS)
I plan to use LiveKit Self-Hosted for the video and audio chat features. Could you please confirm whether your team can:
Install and configure GrupoChat on my VPS.
Install and deploy LiveKit Self-Hosted on the same server (since it supports WebRTC).
Connect everything to my domain with SSL.

Hello a query, in which part do I have to configure in search for a user. For example, I try to search for a user in the search engine and it doesn’t find him, so I went site role=edit site role =advanced user search=see nearby users. But even so, the person I want to look for does not appear.
Then activate: see users of the site and there it does appear but all the users of the site are seen and I don’t like that for privacy.

Hi, I am planning to purchase Grupo Chat for my website, and I have a few questions about the platform’s user features.
User uploads – Is it possible for users to upload multiple profile pictures or create a photo gallery on their profiles?
Search filters – Can users search or filter others by city, country, gender, age, or similar criteria?
Custom filters – If not available by default, can these be added through custom development or plugin options?
Future updates – Do you plan to include advanced search or multi-photo features in future releases?

Regarding the Gallery, this feature is currently not available. We’ll forward your suggestion to our development team for consideration.
Regarding search, there is an user search feature available (Menu > Site Users > Search Users). In the Custom Fields module, you can specify which custom fields should be searchable.

I know i said this before but an affiliate program is needed for this great script. It has been requested by many users even from 2-3 years ago. I hope in the future and affiliate program where the admin can set a commission for every new users that someone refers through an affiliate link. Andrew Tate built his TRW to over 150K users through affiliate marketing, because people had an incentive to bring new users. I think it’s a must, and also some sort of daily login streak with ranking with be very useful. Hopefully this will be implemented soon because the script is great but it could reach new potential.

All uploaded files undergo strict sanitization to eliminate security vulnerabilities.
Each file is automatically renamed using a randomly generated string to prevent path traversal or predictable file names.
Only approved file types (e.g., images) are allowed for public access.
Every upload’s MIME type is validated against its expected content type to ensure authenticity.
Rewrite rules are in place to block direct access to protected folders and sensitive paths.
The system is secure by default; however, administrators can further restrict uploads to specific file types based on site roles.

I love that AI chat is integrated, but I think it miss a very important feature: to train the model for your platform. Now users are able to start chatting about anything, which is good if this is allowed, but if you want to use it for a specific niche, it should be limited to topics only related to the niche. I was able to train the model per chat session, but this doesn’t not work for global usage (or maybe I’m doing it wrong)

Currently, there is no separate link for creating groups. Site roles with permission to create groups can do so using the “plus” (+) icon in the Groups section. You can also set the default group visibility to Hidden for registered user roles, ensuring that any groups they create will not be visible to the public.

Super important that they will add Stories, and that you have the option to configure it to have a duration of 30, 60, 120 seconds. It has been a feature and important requested by us for a long time. It’s a feature that users like to see.

sir if we allow registered users to create groups, they may create alot of useless groups, is there any way we hide those groups from home page, rather than delete, because if we leave it for backend they will work and try to expand it, and it will help grow community

or we can create such type of roles for that peoples can create groups just for backend, if we think this group is good we can enable it for frontend otherwise just it go at backend. for cleanness of home page..
