Hello, some features request : 1) SAAS with plans (number of users, features,...) 2) Show stock left and sooner expiry date icon on products in POS. 3) price per quantity in each product. Eg. From 5 quantity the price is… 4) custom product price for customer category so some users can have custom price from a product 5) expiry date for a product 6) direct login to POS for some users 7) custom dashboard widgets for users 8 ) product combination. Eg. A product or service can be a combination of 2 quantity of product A and 1 quantity of product B. When the service or product is sell on the pos, the stocks of product A and B is reduced from 2 and 1 9) offline work 10) full-screen button in pos other menu. On my phone the buttons under the pos is hidden by the browser. The full-screen button here can fix this. Others features requests on the way. I continue to test the demo

Hello sir, good day. Recently, I’ve purchased a POS Script from Codecanyon. But the script is not working as I expected. Since I’ve tried Off POS and liked it, I’ve a few considerations. Please answer these questions so I can purchase this script:
1. After creating an item/product, how do you manage the item/product stocks? On the Stock page, I didn’t see options to add and reduce the product stocks. I know that you can set the Opening Stock (The Initial Stock) for each product. But, to adjust it, where is that option?
2. I saw that Off POS has a complete Reports feature. But the only reports I can not see are the brand reports. Am I missing something, or does the script not have this feature yet?
3. For the Outlets feature. Is this a Multi-Branch feature? So, each outlet/branch has its own data? Like Product, Reports, Stock Management, Account, and others? Please kindly explain it in more detail since I can not see the documentation of the script.
4. For the E-Commerce feature. After adding a product, is the product displayed directly on the front page, or need at least a transaction for the product? Because I can not see the product page on the front page.
5. For the E-Commerce feature. Where is all the registered user data displayed? Recently,y I tried to register a test user named testuser. But the user data is not displayed on the List Customer page.
6. Last Question: How easy to develop this script on my own, or can I customize it? I know how to work with CodeIgniter.

1. Stock Management (Add/Reduce Stock) After creating an item/product, you can set the Opening Stock from the item creation page. To increase stock, you need to add a Purchase entry To reduce stock, you can use Sale, Damage, Purchase Return. This way, all stock movements are properly recorded, instead of directly adding/reducing numbers on the stock page.
2. Brand Reports Brand-based reports are not included yet.
3. Outlets / Multi-Branch Yes, Outlets = Multi-Branch feature. Each outlet can have: Stocks, and Sales Records, Purchase record Separate Accounts & Reports Product is not outlet data, once a product entry is made it is visible in all outlets
4,5. E-Commerce – Product Display Currently, top selling, top rated products are being displayed, we will bring many major updates to e-commerce in the next version.
6. Customization & Development The script is CodeIgniter (PHP Framework). If you already know CodeIgniter, you can easily customize modules, add new reports, or extend E-Commerce features. The codebase is clean and well-structured, so custom development is possible without much difficulty.

I want to clarify the workflow and requirements for our POS system regarding employee roles, billing, and barcode scanner:
Employee Role:
Employees can create a bill using a barcode scanner (the handheld “gun” type).
They only see product name and sale price.
Employees cannot see stock levels; only the admin can view stock.
By default, employees cannot pay the bill.
Admin Control:
Admin should have an option to allow or restrict an employee from paying bills.
Example: Employee A can create a bill but cannot pay it; Employee B or Admin can pay the bill.
Admin can see all bills, customers, and stock details.
Barcode Scanner:
The barcode scanner will be handheld gun type and connected to a laptop.
Please advise if any specific settings or compatible models are required for it to work smoothly with the POS system.
Summary:
Salesperson creates the bill using the barcode scanner.
Payment can only be done by the Admin or an employee with permission.
Employees cannot see stock, only product name and price.
Admin has full control.
Please confirm if this workflow is supported, and suggest any recommended barcode scanner models so I can purchase the right one.

Why do your helpdesk ask for renewal of Support even if a customer only needs to update the old version to latest version. What the heck is this? Why don’t you provide updated version to your paid customers free of cost? i have bought two licenses from you for this software for two domains. Now i need to update the old version but neither the Update link in software is working nor the Helpdesk is allowing me to create ticket due to support license expiry. Kindly resolve my issue and allow me to update the software to my registered domains. Otherwise i have to launch complain to codecanyon authorities.
